Dear brothers and sisters, as we begin the month of June, I would like to extend my heartfelt wishes for a blessed month filled with health, peace, joy, and God’s love upon you and your families. As we enter the beautiful summer season, I wish all of you a wonderful summer filled with rest, precious moments with your loved ones, safe travels, and the Lord’s blessings in every step of your journey. Iwould also like to let you know that our church will remain closed during the month of July, and I look forward with much love and joy to welcoming everyone back in
August so that we may gather again, refreshed and united, as one beautiful church family. Wishing you all a blessed month ahead.

Αγαπητοί μου αδελφοί και αδελφές, καθώς ξεκινά ο μήνας Ιούνιος, σας εύχομαι από καρδιάς να είναι ένας μήνας ευλογημένος, γεμάτος υγεία, ειρήνη, χαρά και την αγάπη του Θεού μέσα στις οικογένειές σας. Καθώς πλησιάζουμε στις όμορφες ημέρες του καλοκαιριού, σας εύχομαι καλό καλοκαίρι, όμορφες στιγμές με τα αγαπημένα σας πρόσωπα, ξεκούραση και ασφαλή ταξίδια με τη χάρη του Κυρίου να σας συνοδεύει πάντοτε. Larry (Eleftherios) Koufogiannakis, may his memory be forever eternal and everlasting.

Church services begin at 10:00 AM and runs until approximately 12:00 PM.
Coffee and fellowship to follow after the service.

With deep sorrow and heartfelt sadness, we announce the falling asleep in the Lord of our beloved sister, Kalya Polihronopoulos, who courageously endured her battle with cancer and reposed peacefully on May 7, 2026.

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 12, at 3:00 p.m. at St. George Greek Orthodox Church.
A public viewing will take place at 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.

We humbly ask for your prayers for the repose of her soul and for strength and comfort for her family during this difficult time.

May her memory be eternal.

Με βαθιά θλίψη και πόνο ψυχής, ανακοινώνουμε την κοίμηση της αγαπημένης μας αδελφής Καλλιόπης Πολυχρονοπούλου, η οποία, με πίστη, γενναιότητα και αξιοπρέπεια, αγωνίσθηκε τη μάχη με τον καρκίνο και αναπαύθηκε εν Κυρίω την 7η Μαΐου 2026.

Η εξόδιος ακολουθία και το τρισάγιο θα τελεσθούν την Τρίτη, 12 Μαΐου, στις 3:00 μ.μ. στον Ιερό Ναό Αγίου Γεωργίου.
Θα προηγηθεί δημόσιο προσκύνημα στις 2:00 μ.μ. πριν από την ακολουθία.

Παρακαλούμε θερμά για τις προσευχές σας υπέρ αναπαύσεως της ψυχής της και για παρηγοριά και δύναμη στην οικογένειά της.

Christ is Risen!

Yesterday, Sunday, in our community, we had the joy and blessing of honoring AHEPA Day and the Daughters of Penelope. A large number of faithful gathered in a spirit of unity and love, participating in the Divine Liturgy. Toward the end of the service, we offered a blessing of the five loaves for the health and strengthening of all members of AHEPA and the Daughters of Penelope, who with consistency and dedication offer valuable service to the community. We express our sincere gratitude to them and pray that God may continue to strengthen, enlighten, and guide them in every effort, granting them strength, peace, and joy.

Χριστός Ανέστη!

Χθες, Κυριακή, στην κοινότητά μας είχαμε τη χαρά και την ευλογία να τιμήσουμε την ημέρα της ΑΧΕΠΑ και των Θυγατέρων της Πινελόπης. Πλήθος πιστών συγκεντρώθηκε μέσα σε πνεύμα ενότητας και αγάπης, συμμετέχοντας στη Θεία Λειτουργία. Προς το τέλος της ακολουθίας τελέσαμε αρτοκλασία υπέρ υγείας και ενισχύσεως όλων των μελών της ΑΧΕΠΑ και των Θυγατέρων της Πινελόπης, οι οποίοι με συνέπεια και αφοσίωση προσφέρουν πολύτιμο έργο στην κοινότητα. Τους εκφράζουμε την ειλικρινή μας ευγνωμοσύνη και προσευχόμαστε ο Θεός να τους ενισχύει, να τους φωτίζει και να τους καθοδηγεί σε κάθε τους προσπάθεια, χαρίζοντάς τους δύναμη, ειρήνη και χαρά.
