Rest. Reflect. Reconnect.

In the busyness of life, it can be easy to forget that rest is important.

Sabbath is a sacred practice — a time to step away from our normal routines, pause, reflect, re-evaluate, and reconnect with God.

This week, I’m finding that sacred space in the beauty of the mountains and in creation.

Wherever you find your Sabbath, I hope you take time to pause and appreciate the beauty and blessings around you.

When Life Gets Hard: Hope, Perseverance & the Power to Keep Going

There are times when life feels overwhelming and it seems like one thing after another keeps coming our way.

Romans 12 offers a simple but powerful reminder: **rejoice in hope, be patient in suffering, and persevere in prayer.**

Perseverance means continuing to show up—for ourselves, for one another, and for the things we believe in.

Keep looking for what is good. Keep caring. Keep your passion alive. Together, we can make a difference.

Wishing you hope and strength for the week ahead. ❤️

5 Ways to Deepen Your Faith

Are you looking for ways to deepen your faith? It may be easier than you think.

In this week's reflection, we explore five simple practices that can help us grow:

🙏 Pray — not only to speak to God, but to make space to listen.
📖 Learn — read Scripture, ask questions, and be curious.
🤝 Connect — grow alongside a community that encourages and challenges you.
❤️ Serve — put faith into action through love.
👂 Discern — pay attention to what God may be calling you toward.

Deepening our faith isn't about having all the answers. It's about becoming more attentive to God in the midst of everyday life.

Which one of these five practices speaks to you most right now?

What if faith isn't about having all the answers?

In Matthew 15, a Canaanite woman approaches Jesus seeking healing for her daughter. When she encounters resistance, she doesn't give up. She questions. She challenges. She persists.

And Jesus responds by calling her a person of "great faith".

Her story invites us to consider: What if asking difficult questions isn't a sign of weak faith—but a courageous expression of faith?

Sometimes faith means trusting God. Sometimes it means wrestling with God. And sometimes it means having the courage to ask, “Why?"

Watch this week's reflection and consider: Are you willing to ask the hard questions?

Life doesn't always go the way we hope. We pray for the storm to stop, for the answers to come, and for everything to return to normal.

But what if faith isn't about avoiding life's storms? What if it's about trusting that God is with us every step of the way?

Just as Jesus reached out to Peter when he began to sink, God reaches out to us in our moments of fear, doubt, and uncertainty. We are never alone.

Take a few moments to watch this week's Weekly Reflection and be reminded that God's presence is our greatest source of peace—even in the middle of life's storms.

🙏 We'd love to hear from you: How has God helped you through a difficult season?
