📖 𝗘𝗽𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝟲:𝟭𝟬–𝟮𝟰

Not every battle is visible. Not every voice is telling you the truth. Are you equipped to stand?

We live in a world that is constantly shaping what we believe, what we value, who we become and where we place our hope. We face pressure to fit in, temptation to compromise, anxiety about the future, and a thousand competing voices telling us what is true.

But what if there’s more going on beneath the surface than we realise?

This Wednesday at Word & Way, we’re diving into Ephesians 6:10–24 and Paul’s call to “be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.”

We’ll explore what it means to put on the full armour of God, stand firm against the schemes of the enemy, and live with courage, discernment and an unshakeable confidence in Jesus.

Why does studying the Bible matter? Because if we don’t know what God says is true, how will we recognise the lies, the lies that can really mess us up? If we don’t understand the spiritual battle, how will we know how to stand?

The Bible isn’t just an ancient book full of good advice. It is God’s Word, forming our minds, shaping our character and equipping us to live abundant lives in a crazy, hectic world.

Come ready to dig deep, ask honest questions and discover what this passage means for your faith, your relationships, your decisions and the everyday battles you face.

In support of Compassion Australia, this event gathers leaders and members of the broader Church in Western Australia to highlight the needs of children around the world, and celebrate what God is doing through Child Sponsorship with Compassion Australia, and the many generous sponsors throughout WA. This event will stir your heart for the lost and fill you with fresh vision - as we believe to see many more children set free from poverty, and the love and hope of Jesus make families whole. Compassion Main Stage will feature stories from Compassion Graduates, messages from Church leaders who have journeyed with Compassion, and time for worship and fellowship.
