If God is making you wait... do what waiters do: serve. π
Whoopsy I said it. And yes sister, you read that correctly.
Waiting is not permission to stop living.
It's okay to grieve.
It's okay to cry.
It's okay to wrestle with God.
It's okay to process disappointment and heal.
But don't make the mistake of putting your entire life on hold while you wait for one prayer to be answered.
Don't wait to become a blessing until you receive yours.
Whether you're waiting for a husband, a baby, healing, breakthrough in your finances, restoration in your marriage, answers after a diagnosis, or the next chapter you so desperately long for...
Keep serving.
The enemy wants your waiting season to become a wasted season.
God wants it to become a fruitful one.
Here's what I've learned:
You can cry and still serve.
You can grieve and still love people.
You can have unanswered prayers and still worship.
You can carry disappointment and still carry hope.
Some of the deepest healing doesn't happen when life finally changes.
It happens while your hands are still busy serving God and loving people.
David served before he wore the crown.
Joseph served before he ruled Egypt.
Ruth served before Boaz found her.
Jesus Himself served while carrying the greatest burden the world has ever known.
Don't sit on the sidelines because one area of your life feels empty.
Serve in the waiting.
Love in the waiting.
Give in the waiting.
Grow in the waiting.
Because waiting isn't God's way of putting your life on pause.
It's often His way of preparing you for what comes next.
Don't waste your waiting. Worship in it. Serve through it. Watch what God builds in you while you're waiting for what He's building for you.π€
