Shalom Beloved

We will begin our *January Fasting Marathon* tomorrow from the 5th of January to the 30th.

The fasting goes from 6:00 am to 06:00 pm from Monday to Friday, on Saturday from 06:00 am to 03:00 pm and on Sunday we will be breaking the fast after the service.

Kindly note that we are allowed to eat *Fruits* 🍇 and take any *Drinks* during daytime and we can eat anything after the breaking of the fast *except* red meat 🥩; Beef 🥩; and Pork.

Our Program of Prayer goes as follows:

*Monday-Friday*:
Morning Glory 5:30 am
Evening Prayer 6:00 pm
*Saturday*: Individual Prayer 3:00 pm
