Join us, Thursday, 10 September 2026 for an important 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 at 𝟳 𝗣𝗠 in preparation for the 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 taking place in 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟴.

The meeting will be conducted by 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 (YPL), Vindry Horne, and the 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗖𝗼-𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 (CSSC), Ivarene Du Plessis - with the 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿, Priest Charlton Barman.

𝗘𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 | 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗸

As the morning broke, congregational members and guests gathered at the church with anticipation and excitement to embark on the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗸.

Congregational Rector, 𝑃𝑟𝑖𝑒𝑠𝑡 𝐵𝑎𝑟𝑚𝑎𝑛, opened the activity in prayer and expressed his appreciation to all members and guests present. This set the tone for a meaningful morning and contributed to the spiritual preparation for the divine service.

Along the way, members engaged in meaningful conversations and shared moments of fellowship, with discussions grounded in faith and guided by the Holy Spirit.

“𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗸.”

These were the words shared by participants as they reflected on the experience.

As the walk concluded at the starting point, Priest Barman once again expressed his appreciation to everyone who participated. Priest Andrew Leander then brought the activity to a close with a closing prayer.

𝗚𝗲𝘁𝟮𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 | 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲

On Friday, 4 September 2026, the young people gathered at the Du-Plessis residence for a joyous evening of fellowship, connection and fun.

As the evening commenced, Brother Vindry opened the gathering in prayer and expressed his gratitude to the young people for their presence, participation and continued commitment.

The young people were encouraged to remain 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗱, while also embracing the importance of fellowship and building one another up. House rules were established - and what followed was nothing short of amazing!

Adding to the excitement of the evening was a surprise visit from our 𝐷𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑟𝑖𝑐𝑡 𝑌𝑜𝑢𝑛𝑔 𝑃𝑒𝑜𝑝𝑙𝑒 𝐿𝑒𝑎𝑑𝑒𝑟, Priest Siyaya, who spent time engaging with the young people and sharing in the fellowship.

From meaningful conversations to laughter and memorable moments, the gathering was short of nothing!

Young people described the evening as: 𝐴 𝑏𝑒𝑎𝑢𝑡𝑖𝑓𝑢𝑙 𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑜𝑓 𝑓𝑒𝑙𝑙𝑜𝑤𝑠ℎ𝑖𝑝, 𝑓𝑎𝑖𝑡ℎ 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑡𝑜𝑔𝑒𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑛𝑒𝑠𝑠.

With much warmth and anticipation, the congregation welcomed visiting 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗘𝘂𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲 𝗙𝗲𝗹𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 to the congregation.

𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗛𝘆𝗺𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝟯𝟬, ‘𝐴𝑙𝑙 ℎ𝑎𝑖𝑙 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑝𝑜𝑤𝑒𝑟 𝑜𝑓 𝐽𝑒𝑠𝑢𝑠’ 𝑛𝑎𝑚𝑒’ arranged by James Ellor (1819-1899) served as the opening hymn.
