The President is not above the law. Ministers are not above the law. MPs are not above the law. Police officers are not above the law. Judges are not above the law. Pastors and ordinary citizens are not above the law.

The Constitution and the law stand above everyone.

If Zambia or any other nation is truly governed by the rule of law, then power, political position, money, connections, or religious influence should never make someone untouchable.

No office should become a shield for wrongdoing. No powerful person should have one law for themselves and another for ordinary citizens.

The principle should be simple: “One Zambia, one law, equal justice for all.
