Today's Devotion: Breaking Through
Think of a tiny seed buried deep in the cold, dark soil. From the outside, it looks like nothing is happening. Yet, underneath the surface, a quiet transformation is taking place. The seed doesn't rush, nor does it worry about the heavy dirt above it. It simply grows, one cell at a time, until it finally breaks through into the warmth of the sun.
You might feel like you are waiting in a quiet, dark season right now. You might wonder when your hard work, prayers, or patience will finally yield results. Remember that growth is often hidden before it is visible. God is working in your life, even in the quiet spaces. Trust your journey, take it one step at a time, and remember that progress is progress, no matter how small. You are capable of handling whatever comes your way today because you do not have to carry it alone.
Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of a brand-new morning and the fresh hope it brings. Help me to trust Your perfect timing today, especially when I cannot see the bigger picture. Give me the patience to take this day one step at a time and the faith to know that You are creating something beautiful out of my quiet growth. Ground my heart in Your peace and guide my steps. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
