Who is our enemy: The Bible exposes who our enemy is in Ephesians 6:12. Our struggle is not against human beings, but against unseen spiritual forces of evil (Satan and his demonic forces).
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this [present] darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) places.
AMPC For we are not wrestling 1 with flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the despotisms, against the powers, against [the master spirits who are] the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere.
GW This is not a wrestling match against a human opponent. We are wrestling with rulers, authorities, the powers who govern this world of darkness, and spiritual forces that control evil in the heavenly world.

2. Hand-to-hand combat: is a physical fight between people at a very close distance without using ranged weapons like guns
3. Principalities: Arche: Ruler, Authority, Rank, Power, Magistrate.⯠Are high-ranking supernatural beings or cosmic powers that hold dominion, rule, or influence over specific territories, nations, or societal structures within the unseen spiritual realm.
Be watchful
(TPT) 1 Peter 5:8: Be well balanced and always alert (Matt 10:16), because your enemy, the devil, roams around incessantly, like a roaring lion looking for its prey to devour (Revelation 5:5).
2 Cor 2:10: If you freely forgive anyone for anything, then I also forgive him. And if I have forgiven anything, I did so for you before the face of Christ, 11 so that we would not be exploited by the adversary, Satan, for we know his clever schemes.
2Co 11:14 That doesn’t surprise us, for even Satan transforms himself to appear as an angel of light! (Chameleon).
TPT 2Co 10:3-6
(3-4) For although we live in the natural realm, we don’t wage a military campaign employing human weapons, using manipulation to achieve our aims. Instead, our spiritual weapons are energized with divine power to effectively dismantle the defences behind which people hide.
5 We can demolish every deceptive fantasy that opposes God and break through every arrogant attitude that is raised up in defiance of the true knowledge of God. We capture, like prisoners of war, every thought and insist that it bow in obedience to the Anointed One.
6 Since we are armed with such dynamic weaponry, we stand ready to punish any trace of rebellion, as soon as you choose complete obedience.🙏🏽
