Rise and pray

Luke 22:44-46 KJV
And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground. [45] And when he rose up from prayer, and was come to his disciples, he found them sleeping for sorrow, [46] And said unto them, Why sleep ye? rise and pray, lest ye enter into temptation.

Our Lord and savior Jesus lived a life of prayer. He prayed His was to the cross. He prayed against temptation. He prayed for the sick, lame, blind , deaf and the dead to be restored and made whole. Even now He is praying for us.

One thing that he discouraged His disciples from is the love of sleep in the place of prayer. Many things go wrong when you sleep at night. The enemy is at his busiest time at night unleashing wickedness to the unsuspecting. Child of God rise and pray even at night lest you enter into calamity. Remember the enemy sowed weeds among the wheat( the good seed) at night. Most of your problems started when you were in deep sleep and witches were wide awake.

Don’t only pray for the good in life also pray to be strengthened when you enter into your life defining moments. Pray to go through hardship and prevail. Pray to overcome storms. Jesus prepared for the suffering in the cross through prayer. He prepared for resurrection through prayer. He prayed for the salvation of many .

The church that prays dethrones the devil. Rise and pray!

Are You The One or We Must Look For Another ?

Matthew 11:2-5 KJV
Now when John had heard in the prison the works of Christ, he sent two of his disciples, [3] And said unto him, Art thou he that should come, or do we look for another? [4] Jesus answered and said unto them, Go and shew John again those things which ye do hear and see: [5] The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel preached to them.

John had a revelation of Christ from his mother’s womb .He kicked in the womb when Mary appeared bearing the savior on her womb. He had a clear understanding of who Jesus was even when Jesus appeared and asked him to baptize him.

John became doubtful when he was arrested and Jesus does not come to his rescue. He began to question if this is the savior or there is a need to look for another one.

Many people still have this doubt about Jesus. Some are still waiting for the first coming of Jesus. Some know He came in flesh but argue He was just another prophet and a deceiver. Some said He casts out devils with the spirit of of a devil.

Jesus responds to critics. ‘Show John what you Hear and See:

Child of God the Word we preach is spirit . The things of the spirit cannot be understood by a carnal mind. The miracles that God has done in your life is reason enough to believe in Christ. The Word is the testimony of the spirit of God. Next time they question your anointing say:

Matthew 11:5 KJV - The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel preached to them.

Focus on the work God has assigned you and don’t lose focus. Let those who throw stones throw stones. But rise in the power of the Holy Ghost and preach the gospel to the poor in spirit.

Matthew 21:16 KJV - Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise?

God chose babies in the spirit to bring the wisdom of the wise and learned to nothing .

Be wise , the enemy is busy creating confusion in the body of Christ and telling saints not to gather with other saints. Don’t be a reason why someone stopped following Jesus.If you don’t gather with Christ you are scattering.

That church that the Holy Spirit sent you to go and serve well. That man of God that God sent you to be humble to serve under him without focusing on the smell of his armpits. God is revealing Christ to the pure in heart. Dont be all over jumping from this man of God to the other or from church to church . Pray for discernment and be rooted . Remember we are in the end of times. Find yourself while there is time and follow Jesus.

In the year 2025 many things happened that caused you pain , you went through it all but the Lord was watching. In this year 2026 the Lord is saying be still and know that I am God. He is healing the broken hearted and He is binding up their wounds. When God binds up your wounds you will laugh again in Jesus name.

The Lord is also causing you to flourish even in unfavorable conditions.

Psalm 92:12-14 KJV
The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. [13] Those that be planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God. [14] They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing;

In this year be planted in the house of the Lord. You shall be fruitful even in old age.
Walk in the light and you shall not stumble!
