Please help the Thank You Pantry to fill monthly food parcels for needy families. We need donations of the following food items, or money towards them.

Our monthly grocery parcels include:

• Tinned items: Pilchards, Bull Brand Corned Beef, Baked Beans, Spaghetti in Tomato Sauce
• 1kg Rice
• 1kg Mielie Meal
• 1kg Sugar
• 1 box Soya Mince
• 1 x 5 Pack 2 Minute Noodles
• 2 Packets Soup
• 1 Litre Long Life Milk
• 1 Packet of Tea,
• 1 Round of Cheese Wedges
• 1 Plastic Jar of Peanut Butter
• 1 Plastic Jar of Jam
• 1 Loaf of Bread

• Toiletries: 1 Bar of Soap, 1 Toilet Roll

“Spring has sprung” is a phrase on many lips at this time of year. Yet for us as people of faith, Spring is more than a change in weather; it is a reminder of God’s promise of renewal. The prophet Isaiah declares, “See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?” (Isaiah 43:19). This season invites us to notice the new things God is bringing forth among us, in our homes, in our community, and within our own hearts.

Let us step into this new season trusting that God is already at work among us. May we have eyes to perceive what God is doing, courage to participate in it, and hearts open to the renewing grace of Christ.

The event runs from 09:00 to 13:00, so if you or someone you know is or might be struggling, please come and find out how we can help. Also, if you're able to come prepare food and help serve those attending, we'd dearly appreciate it! 🙏
