THANK YOU FROM THE SACS CHOIR
Now that we have had an opportunity to reflect on what was an exceptionally successful Winter Choir Camp, I wanted to take a moment, on behalf of the SACS Choir, Levi and myself and the parents, to extend our sincerest gratitude and appreciation to you and the entire Bridges Retreat team for the outstanding hospitality and professionalism shown throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every aspect of our experience exceeded our expectations. The quality of the accommodation, the excellent facilities, the beautiful surroundings, the thoughtful amenities, and the unrestricted access to refreshments throughout the day and evening all contributed to an environment that was not only comfortable but exceptionally conducive to learning, rehearsing, and building camaraderie amongst the boys.
Please convey our heartfelt appreciation to the estate team, the kitchen staff under the guidance of Aunty Cathy, the housekeeping staff, and every member of the Bridges team who played a role in making our camp such an overwhelming success. The standard of service provided was exemplary. Every interaction was met with warmth, professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine willingness to accommodate our needs, often going above and beyond what was expected. The quality, presentation, and variety of the meals were exceptional and received widespread praise from both us as staff and learners. The freedom to utilise the rehearsal spaces and facilities with such ease allowed us to maximise every moment of the camp and contributed significantly to its success.
What impressed us most was the culture of excellence demonstrated by every member of your team. The seamless communication leading up to the camp, your willingness to accommodate every request with such graciousness, and the dignified and attentive service throughout our stay did not go unnoticed. It is rare to encounter a venue where every detail is managed with such care and pride. The feedback we have received from the boys and their parents has been overwhelmingly positive. Without exception, everyone has commented on what a memorable, enjoyable, and exceptionally well-managed experience it was. Many remarked that this was, by far, the finest choir camp venue we have had the privilege of using.
It is therefore that we look forward to establishing Bridges Retreat as the permanent home of the SACS Choir Winter Camp for many years to come. We truly believe we have found a venue that not only meets our practical needs but also reflects the values of excellence, hospitality, and community that are so important to our programme. Thank you once again for your exceptional hosting, kindness, and unwavering commitment to ensuring that our camp was an unforgettable success. It has been an absolute pleasure working with you, and we look forward to returning to Bridges Retreat next year and continuing what we hope will become a long-standing partnership.
