Thank you for the incredible blessing you are to our church family. Your humility, your servant's heart, and the genuine love and care you show for God's people are felt daily. Your faithfulness, kindness, and dedication inspire us all and beautifully reflect the heart of Christ.

May the Lord richly bless you in the year ahead with good health, abundant joy, renewed strength, and countless reminders of His love and favor. Thank you for leading, serving, and caring for us so faithfully.

Women's Month left us feeling truly uplifted as our sisters shared their inspiring testimonies.

Pastor Romaine reminded us of our calling, purpose, and position as women of God-encouraging us to truly understand how we are positioned for His purpose, just like Queen Esther.

We also had a special moment of releasing burdens into God's hands, writing them down and letting them go with a balloon release. We crowned each other and sang a song of hope, speaking life into one another.

We ended August feeling refreshed and ready to enter a new season with God and all He has in store for us.

What Are You Looking At?

What a blessed time we had in the presence of God! From the welcome at the door to the moment we entered the sanctuary, there was an undeniable excitement filling the atmosphere ā€” the joy of seeing one another, fellowshipping together, and, most importantly, coming together to worship the Lord with one heart and one spirit. The presence of God was truly felt.

Our takeaway for this week was simple, yet so important:

ā€œWhat are you looking at?ā€ an encouragement by Sis Janine.

Are you looking at what you left behind? Are you focused on where you are right now? Or are you looking towards what is still to come?

Pst Colin reminded us that: Our walk with Christ will always have cycles and seasons. And every cycle we complete prepares us for the next. Donā€™t get stuck looking backwards when God is calling you forward. Keep your eyes on Him and trust the journey He is taking you on.

What a blessed time in the presence of the Lord!

The presence of God was so tangible, we simply could not rush through Prayer and Worship.

Sis Bonitaā€™s encouragement reminded us of the importance of wisdom in our actions, speech and decision-making. The story of Abigail teaches us that discernment and humility can change the course of a potentially disastrous situation.

Deacon Donnay concluded with a teaching from the parable of the Ten Virgins. All of them looked the same on the outside and started their journey together, yet they differed in the way they prepared. She reminded us that you cannot live on borrowed faith.

The key takeaway is that your preparation today determines your readiness for tomorrow!

Affirmations & sweet reminders filled our Womenā€™s Day service šŸ§

We celebrated and reflected on how women have truly tasted and seen the goodness of God through the ages. šŸ’•šŸ™Œ

We were blessed with a lifeā€‘changing word by Pst Romaine, who reminded us of two remarkable women in the Bible; Deborah and Jael, and the importance of positioning ourselves faithfully before God.

āœØ Deborah calls us to remain in our place of purpose, listening for Godā€™s voice.
āœØ Jael shows us the power of being ready, prepared to act when Godā€™s timing presents opportunity.

Though positioned differently, both women were essential to Godā€™s planā€”one heard His voice, the other acted upon His timing.

šŸ’­ And we were left with a powerful question: Where are we positioned as women of God today?
