“He who covers his sins will not prosper, But whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy.”
‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭28‬:‭13‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Genuine repentance will lead to true transformation of heart and life, because if your heart is not touched and changed by the operation of the HOLY SPIRIT of God, you don’t belong to Him, even though you may be a member of a church.
It is this scriptural repentance that is sadly missing in our pulpits and churches today. How can you live a holy, righteous life without first repenting and be converted? How can you live by faith without first turning away from dead works in your life? Repentance towards God and faith towards the finish work of Christ to save you is what is first required.
True REPENTACE is the non-negotiable entrance door to the life of faith, irrespective of what any preacher says. GODLY REVIVAL that will lead to holy living, will only come when every pulpit goes back to preaching biblical repentance again and again.

The Love That Refused to Walk Away

Some stories in the Bible don’t feel religious at all. They feel raw. Uncomfortable. Too real to ignore. And this one… this one reaches straight into the places we try to hide.

The story of Hosea is not about romance.
It’s about love that bleeds. Love that stays. Love that refuses to give up even when every reason to leave exists.

God asked Hosea to love a woman who would not stay faithful to him. Not once. Not twice. Repeatedly.

A woman who would walk away. A woman who would choose other lovers. A woman who would embarrass him publicly.

And yet, God told him to love her anyway.

Not because she deserved it. Not because she changed. But because her life would tell a story the world needed to hear.

Hosea married Gomer knowing she would break his heart.
And she did.

She left him. She returned to the life she knew.
She traded commitment for momentary pleasure. She lost herself chasing affection that never lasted.

And Hosea was left standing alone with a broken heart and a broken reputation.

But then God spoke again.

Not to release him. Not to protect him. But to send him back.

“Go and love her again.”

Not when she had repented.
Not when she had cleaned herself up.
Not when she proved she had changed.

He went to find her at her lowest point.
Used. Ashamed. Worthless in the eyes of others. And he paid a price to bring her back.

This is where the story stops being about Hosea.

Because this is God revealing His own heart.

We are Gomer. We wander. We chase things that cannot satisfy us. We promise faithfulness and forget our promises. We run when things get hard.

And still… God comes after us. Not with anger. Not with rejection. But with relentless love.

He doesn’t excuse sin, but He refuses to let sin be the end of the story. He doesn’t ignore our failures, but He doesn’t define us by them either.

He pursues. He redeems. He restores.

This is not the love of convenience. This is covenant love. The kind that chooses you even when you don’t choose Him back.

The kind that sees your mess and still calls you worthy. The kind that pays a price to bring you home. The kind that says, “You are mine, even now.”

So if you’ve walked away… If you’ve failed more than once… If you feel unworthy of mercy…

This story was written for you.

Because the same God who told Hosea to go back is the same God who is still calling your name.

Not in anger. Not in disappointment.
But in love. A love that doesn’t quit. A love that doesn’t give up. A love that keeps coming for you. That is the love that never walks away.🫰🏼🩷

HOLY SPIRIT🕊️
Just like fire purifies, the Holy Spirit purge us from every impurity and make us more holy and aligned with God's will. We know this process of purification can be uncomfortable, but it is essential for our spiritual growth and maturity to understand the purpose.

1Pet 1:2 God the Father knew you and chose you long ago and His Spirit has made you holy.

Discernment is real.

It is a quiet awareness, a spiritual sensitivity that allows you to hear what is not being said, to feel what is unseen, and to sense motives without proximity. You can detect a lie from miles away, notice subtle shifts in tone, and read patterns that others miss. It’s as if your spiritual eyes are awake, seeing truth before it is spoken.

This gift can feel like both a blessing and a burden. It protects you from deception, shields your heart from manipulation, and keeps you aligned with God’s truth. Yet at the same time, it can feel heavy. You see things early. You sense danger before it arrives. You perceive motives and intentions that others may never recognize.

Discernment is not just about suspicion, it is about wisdom. It teaches you when to speak, when to wait, and when to act. It cultivates caution, guides your interactions, and preserves your peace. It allows you to navigate life with spiritual insight, understanding that what the natural eye cannot see, the Spirit reveals.

When the holy spirit is in you, you learn to trust God more. You lean on Him to interpret what you sense, to confirm what you perceive, and to guide every step with clarity. It is a divine gift, a protective mantle, and a tool for walking wisely in a world that often disguises truth.

Honor it. Protect it. Use it carefully. Discernment is a doorway to understanding God’s will, and those who cultivate it walk with vision few possess. It is both a shield and a compass, and in a world of deception, it is invaluable.🫰🏼🩷

Our God raises the dead, parts the sea, calms the water, heals the sick, gives sight to the blind. But even more than that, He made and sustains all things.

Colossians 1:16-17 - For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him. And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together

Someone once said to Bill Johnson, Pastor of Bethel Church in Redding, CA...

"I notice that you never talk about people. You never talk badly about people. I'm wondering what's going on in your heart? How did you discipline yourself to NEVER speak negatively of other people, even people who are sometimes a pain?"

Bill, with tears running down his cheeks, said...

“I fear Jesus in them. I fear that I would speak badly about someone made in the image of God, someone that is so valued by God that Jesus died for them. I fear that I would portray them as something less valuable than that. I fear how God would deal with a person who would betray the people made in His image.”

Repost from John W. Browers.

This has to STOP!
I have seen this trend of ARTISTS – and in particular gospel artists going out on secular stages creating “worship moments” – I actually don’t know what it’s called…BUT can we please STOP. ENOUGH ALREADY.

That stage/altar was not meant to glorify GOD. You are using this stage to sing “koortjies” on big platforms and then everyone who is everyone gets to come out and give “their bodies a good time,” I see the joking, the scoffing, the mocking. It is a mockery. There is no way the Holy SPIRIT was welcome or present there. It was nothing but a soulish expression, just like R&B is - to name a genre. If it was the case, you would have moved out the way to let Him have His way. The rest of the show just goes on as per normal.

You are just ADDING to the entertainment and making a mockery of something that was meant to be holy and sacred, meant for temple worship and present it on a strange fire. You are telling the world it’s ok to make a mockery of that which is sacred. YOU are showing them HOW to make a mockery of the GOSPEL. You are leading well. What would the goal be; to in the middle of a secular set sing a worship song only to go back into sensual undertones and innuendos in the next song. You don’t have to be deeply spiritual to discern this is wrong. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.

Listen, I see the talent, our world class singers and entertainers on our local platforms and I will be the first to celebrate our people, but I can not support this fusion of “worship” and secular on one stage. If you are going to do secular, feel free to do so. I will even celebrate and support.
If you are asked and have the desire to present worship on that same stage, please be woke and say NO! Worship is not that song as an “offering” or “akward space” created unto God. The worship we can offer is the lifestyle, not the song.

Back to the strange fire:
"Strange fire" refers to something that is unauthorized or from outside, often associated with a biblical story from Leviticus 10, where Aaron's sons, Nadab and Abihu, offered "strange fire" to God and were consumed by fire as a result.” – you are igniting a fire that will consume you and all of us if you don’t stop this trend.
Some people are starting “koortjie” trends and teaching others to “juig?” Are you loosing it? Do you know the cost of someone’s worship that causes them to dance like David danced OR break out in a crazy praise? Worship is never taught; it’s caught in the spirit - the HOLY SPIRIT. The world now gets an all-access pass. NO! I am sorry dear pastor, worship leader, singer, musician, artist, MC, host the list goes on. NO! Worship unto God does not come cheap. It is sacred. This is not my opinion, but my conviction. You can start a field day in the comments section, but this is my holy conviction. PLEASE STOP IN THE NAME OF JESUS!
