Ruth had experienced loss, uncertainty and seasons of simply surviving. But in Ruth 3, something begins to shift. Naomi tells her to wash, anoint herself and dressโ€”because she was preparing for what was next.

Through the story of Ruth, we were reminded that there comes a time to move beyond the scraps and prepare our souls for the destiny we seek. What God has prepared for us requires preparation within us.

We came expecting, we worshipped, we received, and we left refreshed.
