On Sunday 06 September, our Rector, Priest Neil Williams , took the special Friendship Divine Service at Oatlands Congregation.
Priest Marvin Kok was called to serve along.

The Bible word was taken from 1 John 5:8 "And there are three that bear witness on earth; the Spirit, the Water and the Blood; and these three agree as one"

The saving effect of the sacraments

■ The divine Sonship of Jesus Christ is acknowledged by God the Father.
■ The Spirit, the water, and the blood point to the saving effect of the sacraments administered in the church of Christ.
■ The sacraments are necessary for obtaining salvation in its fullness.

After the divine service, the members gathered for fellowship and some could also reflect on the word.

On Sunday, 23 August, the Divine Service was officiated by our Rector, Priest Neil Williams.

The Bible Word was taken from Exodus 20:12: “Honour your father and your mother.”

During the service, Priest Marvin Vollenhoven was called upon to serve alongside the Rector.

Following the Divine Service, the congregation was also informed that Priest Vollenhoven will be moving back to Windsor Park Congregation.
The Rector expressed his sincere appreciation to Priest Vollenhoven for his dedication, commitment, and love for God's work at Oatlands Congregation.

We wish him God’s richest blessings as he returns to Windsor Park.
