Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ amen.

RE: Call for Prayer in time of distress and injustice

As the body of Christ, we are called to stand in the gap against any form and act of injustice. We can not be quiet as the church, it is for that reason that we are called as a District to join the upcoming District prayers to pray for the countries of our District and Connexion and the unrest that is taking place.

We will therefore have District Prayers from Monday 8th June 2026 at 19h00.

As we were closing Synod. The Strategic Direction report for the district was read and we committed ourselves as the district ro Relocating and Positioning to save souls. All circuits were then challenged to go and read rhis statement in their respective places so that of people called Methodists in the Highveld and Eswatini District can commit.
