The changing of a season is a reminder that nothing remains the same forever. Seasons shift, things grow, and what once seemed dormant can come alive again.

What is ahead may require a new expectation, a renewed faith, and a willingness to step forward.

Last Saturday, our EL ROI family had the privilege of spending the afternoon at Denys Conradie Pensioner Flats, and what a beautiful reminder it was that ministry begins with presence.

We laughed together over games, shared a warm meal, enjoyed heartfelt conversations, let loose with some dancing, and simply spent time with one another. Connection has the power to restore hope. Sometimes the greatest gift we can give isn’t what we bring in our hands, but the time we give from our hearts.

Thank you to every volunteer who gave their time, their love, and their heart… and thank you to every mom and dad who gave us the opportunity to be part of their day. Together, we’re making a difference - one life, one conversation, and one act of love at a time!

Today, we celebrate a beautiful testimony of God’s faithfulness as we honor our visionaries on their wedding anniversary.

Your marriage is a reflection of Christ’s love, built on faith, commitment, prayer, and unwavering devotion to one another. Thank you for leading with humility, serving with excellence, and showing us what it means to build both a home and a ministry on the foundation of God.

As a church family, we are grateful for your love, sacrifice, and the countless lives you continue to impact. May the Lord bless you with many more years of joy, strength, good health, and abundant grace. May your love continue to flourish, and may your union remain a testimony of His goodness for generations to come.

Love looks like showing up. 🤍❄️

This past Saturday, our church family took to the community for our Winter Outreach, sharing warm soup, fresh bread, and, most importantly, the love of Christ.

Every cup served was a reminder that God sees every need. Every prayer lifted was an opportunity to speak peace, hope, and encouragement into someone’s life. We were also blessed to invite many to join us at church, believing that every invitation is a seed of faith.

As the temperatures drop, may our love for people continue to grow. Thank you to everyone who served, gave, prayed, and made this outreach possible. Together, we’re not just meeting physical needs, we’re sharing the heart of Jesus.

The Woman God Shapes 💕

There is something beautiful about allowing God to write His story on our hearts.

At our LIFT Bible Journaling event, we gathered as women from different seasons of life to slow down, open His Word, and create space for Him to shape us from the inside out. Every page, every prayer, every highlighter stroke was a reminder that God is continually molding us into the women He has called us to be.

He isn’t looking for perfection; He’s looking for surrendered hearts that are willing to be transformed.

“Yet you, Lord, are our Father. We are the clay, You are the potter; we are all the work of Your hand.” - Isaiah 64:8

May we continue to be women who are formed by His Word, led by His Spirit, and shaped for His purpose.

Strong families begin with strong foundations. 🤍

Marriage is more than a wedding day, it’s the foundation upon which families are built. When that foundation is rooted in God’s wisdom, love, commitment, and purpose, it has the power to shape generations.

Our Marriage & Family Seminar wasn’t only for married couples. It was for those preparing for marriage, those believing God for their future spouse, and anyone who desires to learn God’s heart for marriage and family. The best time to build a strong foundation isn’t after the storms come, it’s before.

We were privileged to be joined by Pastor Jayson & Trevonica Naidoo from Lead Like Jesus, who shared biblical wisdom, practical insight, and heartfelt encouragement on strengthening marriages, nurturing families, and building homes that honor God. Their teaching reminded us that healthy families begin with intentional relationships centered on Christ.

No matter what season you’re in, every lesson learned is an investment in the family God is calling you to build or strengthen.

“The wise man builds his house on the rock.” - Matthew 7:24–25

Thank you to everyone who joined us as we learned, grew, and invested in God’s design for marriage and family. May we continue to build homes that reflect His love and leave a legacy of faith for generations to come.

Four years of grace, growth, and God’s faithfulness🌍

Yesterday we celebrated more than a milestone; we celebrated every life touched, every prayer answered, every moment God has carried us through.

El Roi, the God who sees, has truly seen us… and He’s been so faithful.
