🔹Monday 09/07/26 - The Things God Has Prepared🔹

Today's New Hope Full Gospel Church devotion reflects this past Sunday's message, “By My Spirit.”

📖 1 Corinthians 2:9 (KJV)
“Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.”

💡 Devotion
We often imagine God’s promises as distant — reserved for heaven, reserved for later, reserved for “someday.” But Paul reminds us that the things God has prepared are not only eternal; they are spiritual, supernatural, and available now through the power of the Holy Ghost.

There are things your natural eyes cannot see — but the Holy Ghost can reveal.
There are things your ears have never heard — but the Spirit can whisper. There are things your heart has never imagined — but God has already prepared.

The Holy Ghost does more than comfort; He unveils.
He does more than strengthen; He reveals.
He does more than sustain; He opens your spirit to what God is doing behind the scenes.

If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what comes next, remember:
You are not limited to what you can see.
You are not confined to what you can understand.
You are not bound by what you can predict.

The Holy Ghost is actively preparing things for you — aligning steps, opening doors, stirring opportunities, and arranging divine moments that your natural senses cannot detect.

Today, let your heart lean into the Spirit.
Let expectation rise.
Let faith stretch.
Let the Holy Ghost show you what only He can reveal.

🪞 Reflection
What might the Holy Ghost want to show you today that goes beyond what you expect, beyond what you’ve imagined, and beyond what you thought was possible?

🙏 Prayer
Holy Spirit, thank You for preparing things for me that my eyes have not seen and my heart has not imagined. Reveal what I cannot perceive on my own. Lift my faith, expand my vision, and open my spirit to the supernatural things You are arranging for my good. Let today be filled with Your power, Your leading, and Your presence. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

🔹Saturday 09/05/26 — We Are Called to Welcome and Serve🔹

Today's New Hope Full Gospel Church devotion reflects this past Sunday's announcement, “Celebrate Recovery at New Hope.”

📖 Matthew 25:40 (KJV)
“And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.”

💡 Devotional Thought
Service is not a side ministry — it is the heartbeat of the Kingdom. Jesus makes it unmistakably clear: when you welcome the overlooked, when you serve the hurting, when you lift the weary, you are ministering directly to Him.

New Hope’s calling is simple and sacred:
Greet at the door.
Drive the van.
Cook a meal.
Pray with someone who’s trembling.
Offer kindness to someone who feels invisible.
Love people who don’t yet know how to love themselves.

You don’t need a title to serve.
You don’t need a platform to make an impact.
You don’t need perfection to be used by God.

Every act of service — small or large — becomes a doorway where Christ Himself steps into someone’s life. When you serve, you become His hands, His welcome, His compassion, His presence.

Today, let your heart be open, your posture be willing, and your spirit be available. Someone’s breakthrough may begin with your kindness.

🪞 Reflection
What simple act of service could you offer this week that would help someone feel seen, welcomed, and loved by God?

📘 Weekly Recap — Clarity, Conviction, and Comfort
Monday — God Moves Broken Pieces Into Place
God doesn’t discard brokenness; He arranges it into purpose. Every shattered piece in your life is being placed by His steady hand.
Tuesday — Healing Is Found in Community
You were never meant to heal alone. God uses people — fellowship, accountability, shared burdens — to restore what isolation cannot.
Wednesday — Your Story Can Set Others Free
Your testimony carries power. When you speak honestly, chains break — not just for you, but for those listening.
Thursday — You Don’t Have to Clean Yourself Up First
Jesus meets you in the mess, not after it. He calls the hurting, the imperfect, the struggling — and He begins healing from the inside out.
Friday — God Is Not Finished With Your Story
Your past is not your ending. God is still writing. Redemption is still unfolding. Hope is still alive.
Saturday — We Are Called to Welcome and Serve
Service is worship. Compassion is ministry. Welcoming others is how we welcome Christ Himself.

➡️ Pointing You Forward With Purpose
- Step into next week with a heart ready to serve.
- Let your story speak boldly and honestly.
- Stay rooted in community — healing grows there.
- Trust God with every broken piece; He is still writing.
- Walk confidently knowing Jesus meets you exactly where you are.

🙏 Prayer to close out the week — Impactful, Inspiring, and Covering Every Theme
Lord Jesus, thank You for walking with me through every day of this week.
You have taken my broken pieces and placed them with purpose.
You have surrounded me with community that heals and strengthens.
You have given power to my testimony, turning my story into freedom for others.
You have welcomed me in my mess and reminded me that I don’t have to fix myself before coming to You.
You have spoken hope over my future and assured me that my story is still being written.
Now, send me out as Your servant — willing, compassionate, and available — to welcome others into Your love. Guide my steps, steady my heart, and use my life for Your glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

🔹Friday 09/04/26 - God Is Not Finished With Your Story🔹

Today's New Hope Full Gospel Church devotion reflects this past Sunday's announcement, “Celebrate Recovery at New Hope.”

📖Jeremiah 29:11
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”

💡Devotion
Grief, regret, and the weight of yesterday can make you feel like your story has stalled — like the best chapters have already been written and all that’s left is to endure what remains. But God never sets His pen down. Even when life feels shattered, even when choices have consequences, even when hope seems thin, He is still writing.

Sheena’s journey reminds us of this truth: God can take a chapter marked by pain and turn it into a doorway of purpose. He can breathe joy into places that once felt empty. He can bring healing where there was only hurt. He specializes in new beginnings, and
He delights in rewriting stories that the world has already counted out.

Your past may explain you, but it does not define you.
Your failures may shape you, but they do not finish you.
Your story is still in the hands of the Author — and He writes with redemption.

🪞 Reflection
Where have you quietly stopped believing that God can still change your story? What chapter might He be inviting you to surrender so He can rewrite it?

🙏Prayer
Father, thank You for being the Author who never abandons the story. I surrender every chapter — the broken ones, the painful ones, the ones I wish I could erase — into Your hands. Write new life where there has been loss, new hope where there has been fear, and new purpose where there has been regret. Let my future be shaped by Your grace, not my past. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

🔹 Thursday 09/03/26 — You Don’t Have to Clean Yourself Up First 🔹

Today's New Hope Full Gospel Church devotion reflects this past Sunday's announcement, “Celebrate Recovery at New Hope.”

📖 Luke 5:31–32 (KJV)
“And Jesus answering said unto them, They that are whole need not a physician; but they that are sick. I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.”

💡 Devotion
There is a quiet lie the enemy whispers into hurting hearts: “Fix yourself first. Then God will want you.” But Jesus shatters that lie with one sentence. He didn’t come for the polished, the perfect, or the people who pretend they have no wounds. He came for the broken — the ones limping through life, the ones carrying shame, the ones who feel too messy to be loved.

Celebrate Recovery reminds us of this truth every week: the church is not a museum for saints, but a hospital for sinners. You don’t have to hide your hurt.
You don’t have to pretend you’re fine.
You don’t have to wait until you “get it together.”

Jesus meets you exactly where you are — in the middle of the struggle, in the middle of the relapse, in the middle of the fear, in the middle of the mess you don’t want anyone to see. He doesn’t flinch at your brokenness. He runs toward it.

Healing begins the moment you stop trying to clean yourself up and simply come to Him as you are.

🪞 Reflection
What burden, habit, or hidden hurt have you been trying to carry alone because you feel unworthy? What would it look like to bring it to Jesus — and to community — today, without waiting for a better version of yourself?

🙏 Prayer
Lord Jesus, thank You for loving me in the middle of my mess. Thank You for calling me, not because I am whole, but because I am wounded and in need of Your healing. Give me courage to lay down my masks, my excuses, and my fear. Teach me to run to You with every struggle, every hurt, and every hidden place of my heart. Let Your grace wash over me and make me whole. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

🔹Wednesday 09/02/26 — Your Story Can Set Others Free🔹

Today's New Hope Full Gospel Church devotion reflects this past Sunday's announcement, “Celebrate Recovery at New Hope.”

📖 Scripture (KJV)
“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.” — Revelation 12:11 (KJV)

💡 Devotion
Danny and Sheena’s openness reminds us that testimony is power. When we share the parts of our story we once hid — the pain, the mistakes, the redemption — we give others permission to believe that healing is possible.

The enemy thrives in silence, but truth spoken in love breaks chains. Every scar redeemed by Jesus becomes a doorway for someone else’s freedom. Your story isn’t just about what you survived — it’s about what God restored.

Don’t underestimate the impact of your honesty. When you speak of how Christ met you in your brokenness, heaven moves and hearts awaken. Your story can set others free.

🪞Reflection
Is there a part of your story you’ve been afraid to share? Imagine how God could use that very chapter to bring hope and healing to someone else.

🙏 Prayer
Jesus, thank You for redeeming every part of my story — even the chapters I once wished away. Give me courage to speak with humility and boldness, that others may see Your grace through my words. Let my testimony become a light in dark places and a bridge to freedom for those still bound. Use my past to open doors for others to experience Your love, mercy, and restoration. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

🔹Tuesday 09/01/26 — Healing Is Found in Community🔹

Today's New Hope Full Gospel Church devotion reflects this past Sunday's announcement, “Celebrate Recovery at New Hope.”

📖 Scripture (KJV)
“Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.” — Galatians 6:2 (KJV)

💡 Devotion
Healing was never meant to happen in isolation. God designed community as the place where broken hearts are mended and weary souls find rest. When we carry one another’s burdens, we reflect the compassion of Christ Himself — turning pain into purpose and loneliness into love.

Celebrate Recovery and the church family remind us that grace grows best in shared spaces. When we open our hearts, listen deeply, and walk beside others, we become living testimonies of God’s healing power. Your story matters — and in God’s hands, it becomes a bridge for someone else’s restoration.

🪞Reflection
Who can you encourage or support today — perhaps by listening, praying, or simply showing up with kindness?

🙏 Prayer
Father, thank You for the gift of community and the healing You bring through it. Teach me to carry the burdens of others with compassion and humility, and to share my own with courage and trust. Let Your love flow through me like a river of grace, bringing peace to those who feel unseen or alone. Make my heart a refuge for others, and my life a reflection of Your mercy. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

🔹Monday 08/31/26 — God Moves Broken Pieces Into Place🔹

Today's New Hope Full Gospel Church devotion reflects this past Sunday's announcement, “Celebrate Recovery at New Hope.”

📖 Scripture (KJV)
“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” — Romans 8:28 (KJV)

💡 Devotion
Sometimes life feels like scattered pieces — moments that didn’t go as planned, seasons that broke us, decisions we wish we could rewrite. But God is the Master Builder. He gathers what feels fragmented and arranges it with purpose, precision, and love.

New Hope Church is living proof of this. God has been quietly aligning leaders, ministries, families, and callings — not by accident, but by assignment. What once felt uncertain is becoming a testimony of divine orchestration.

Your story is no different. Even the pieces you thought were unusable are being placed exactly where His purpose needs them. Nothing is wasted. Nothing is random. Nothing is beyond His ability to redeem.

🪞Reflection
Where have I seen God move the broken or uncertain parts of my story into blessing, clarity, or purpose?

🙏 Prayer
Lord, thank You for being the God who gathers what life scatters. You take my broken pieces, my uncertain seasons, and my unfinished chapters, and You arrange them with wisdom only Heaven understands. Teach me to trust Your timing, Your placement, and Your purpose — even when I cannot see the full picture. Let every piece of my life become a testimony of Your goodness and Your sovereignty. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
