Today's New Hope Full Gospel Church devotion reflects this past Sunday's message, “Just a Window.”

Scripture: “And Elijah said unto Ahab, Get thee up, eat and drink; for there is a sound of abundance of rain.”— 1 Kings 18:41 (KJV)

Devotion
Elijah heard rain before anyone saw a cloud. Faith always hears what flesh cannot see. Revival often begins as a whisper — a stirring in the spirit, a renewed hunger to pray, a single heart turning back to God.

When heaven begins to move, the first sign isn’t always visible. It’s audible to those who listen with faith. The sound of abundance may come as a quiet conviction, a fresh hope, or a holy restlessness that refuses to settle for dryness.

Don’t dismiss the faint sound of God’s movement. Cherish it. Cultivate it. Speak life into it. The same God who sends the storm begins with a sound — and those who hear it first are called to prepare the way.
Faith doesn’t wait for clouds; it celebrates the promise before the rain falls.

Prayer
Father, thank You for the sound of Your promise echoing through my spirit. Teach me to listen when others only look. Let my faith rise above what I see and anchor in what You’ve spoken. Devotion
When the world grows cold and faith seems rare, God always preserves a remnant — a faithful few who still believe, still pray, and still stand. They are not forgotten; they are chosen by grace.

You may feel like your voice is small or your influence limited, but God’s power is never measured by numbers. He works through the faithful few — those who refuse to bow to fear, compromise, or discouragement.

If you’ve ever felt alone in your conviction, remember this: you are part of God’s story. You are His preserved witness in this generation. The remnant is not defined by size but by steadfastness — hearts that remain true when others drift away.

Hold your ground. Keep your faith. You are not isolated; you are appointed.

🔹 Monday 06/22/26 — Watching for God’s Signs 🔹

Today's New Hope Full Gospel Church devotion reflects this past Sunday's message, “Just a Window.”

Scripture:�“He said also to the people, When ye see a cloud rise out of the west, straightway ye say, There cometh a shower; and so it is. And when ye see the south wind blow, ye say, There will be heat; and it cometh to pass. Ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that ye do not discern this time?” — Luke 12:54–56 (KJV)

Devotion
We check the weather, watch the radar, and read every alert — yet how often do we watch for God’s stirrings? The Lord still sends subtle signs: a restlessness that won’t fade, a deep hunger for more, or a sudden spark of hope in a weary heart. These are not coincidences; they are spiritual forecasts of what He’s preparing to do.

When the atmosphere of your spirit begins to shift, don’t dismiss it. Lean in. Listen. God’s movements often begin quietly — in the whisper before the wind, in the stirring before the storm. He is calling His people to discern the times, not with fear, but with faith.

To watch for God’s signs is to live awake — alert to His presence, responsive to His leading, and ready for His next move.

Today we celebrate and honor the fathers and father figures who have made a lasting impact through their faith, sacrifice, and love.

We thank God for the men who encourage us, teach us, pray for us, and point us to Christ through their words and actions. Your influence matters more than you know.

And today, we pray that everyone, whether celebrating, grieving, remembering, or missing someone, would experience the faithful love of our Heavenly Father. May His presence bring peace, comfort, and joy, and may we all be reminded that we are deeply loved by Him.

“Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong. Do everything in love.” 1 Corinthians 16:13-14

🔹 Saturday 06/20/26 Redeemed for a Purpose 🔹

Today's New Hope Full Gospel Church devotion reflects this past Sunday's message, “Perfect For The Job.”

Scripture:
“…now we believe, not because of thy saying: for we have heard him ourselves, and know that this is indeed the Christ, the Saviour of the world.” — John 4:42 (KJV)

Devotion
The Samaritan woman’s testimony opened the door — but Jesus changed the hearts. Her words stirred curiosity, but His presence produced conviction. That’s the beauty of redemption: God uses our story, but He never leaves the weight of transformation on our shoulders.

Your witness is not the finish line — it’s the invitation. God redeems you so your life can point others to the One who redeems them. You don’t have to convince anyone, carry anyone, or fix anyone. You simply shine the light you’ve received, and Jesus does the rest.

You are redeemed for a purpose: to live in such a way that others begin to hunger for the Jesus they see in you.

“The woman then left her waterpot, and went her way into the city, and saith to the men…” — John 4:28 (KJV)

Devotion
She came to the well carrying more than a water pot — she carried shame, routine, and the weight of who she used to be. But one encounter with Jesus changed everything.

In that moment of revelation, the water pot no longer mattered. The task that once felt urgent became irrelevant. She left behind what was in her hands because something far greater had taken hold of her heart.

When Jesus meets us in our broken places, He frees us from the things we thought we needed. He loosens our grip on old priorities, old identities, and old burdens. What we drop becomes the evidence of what He has begun.

What “water pot” are you still holding — a fear, a habit, a wound, or a responsibility that no longer belongs to your calling?

Prayer
Lord Jesus, thank You for meeting me in the places where I am tired, thirsty, and in need of grace. God delights in using the unlikely — the overlooked, the imperfect, the ones who feel “not enough.” The Samaritan woman had no title, no training, and no reputation worth boasting about. Yet her testimony carried revival into her city.

When God’s grace touches your life, it transforms your weakness into a witness. You don’t need a platform to make an impact; you only need a story surrendered to Him. The same Jesus who met her at the well now calls you to speak life where others see limits.

If you’ve ever felt unprepared or unworthy, remember — those are the very places where His power shines brightest. You are not disqualified by your past; you are positioned by His mercy.

Reflection

“Come, see a man, which told me all things that ever I did: is not this the Christ?”

đź’ˇ Devotion
The Samaritan woman’s story was far from perfect — yet it became the very testimony that led others to Jesus. She didn’t hide her past; she revealed His grace. What once brought shame now became a beacon of hope.

Your story matters too. Every chapter — even the ones you’d rather forget — can reveal the mercy of God. When you share how Christ met you in your brokenness, you give others permission to believe He can meet them in theirs.

Don’t underestimate the power of your testimony. The same Jesus who redeemed your story can use it to redeem someone else’s.
