Pondering the teachings of Paul this morning. If as many American believers followed Paul’s instruction for righteousness and holiness as they follow the man made doctrine that grace gives freedom to do whatever they want, we would have strong families, strong churches and peaceful individuals.
The fruit of righteousness is peace.
Grace is the transforming power of God to change a person’s heart and purpose to want to live with the heartbeat of God and not the heartbeat of the culture.
Lord, I pray for a new awakening for our corporate church in America. I pray new desire to become holy and set apart from sin.
We live in the world, work in the world but are not of the world. Change our heartbeat, oh Lord, so it beats with yours.
Jesus name, amen.
