Yesterday, Pastor Daniel brought us a powerful reminder through Luke 5:17–26 in his message, “Surrounded by Faith.” 🙌🏼

We saw four characteristics of four faith-filled friends:

1. They had compassion. Compassion reaches far more people than condemnation ever could!
2. They had responsibility. Responsibility: The ability to respond to a need.
3. They had radical faith. Radical faith sees obstacles as opportunities for God to show off!
4. They knew where to take him. They knew Jesus was the answer.

What a reminder that the people we surround ourselves with matter. Be the friend who carries, believes, pushes through, and most importantly—knows where to take people when they need Jesus. 🤍

Surround yourself with faith, and be someone others can find faith in.💚

About Sunday at The Sanctuary…

All we can say is, “The Lord has been so kind.”

Pastor preached from the life of Joseph and reminded us of all the ups and downs Joseph experienced. Yet no matter where Joseph was—the Lord was with him.

Pastor said, “The presence of God is not proven by the PLACE we’re in, but by the PEACE we’re in!”

WHEW! 🤯🔥

Maybe your life looks a little like Joseph’s right now. Maybe you’re wondering when this season is going to end. Maybe you’re facing sickness, financial struggles, family issues, disappointment, or uncertainty.

Listen—we all walk through challenging seasons. But we believe there is a MUCH BIGGER purpose at work in the middle of it all!

So whatever you do, DON’T YOU DARE GIVE UP!

What the enemy meant for evil, God can turn for good!

Hang in there. You may feel like you’re living in Genesis 37 right now, but Genesis 41 is coming! What looks like a pit today could be the preparation for your promotion tomorrow. 🙌
