Our 2026 Africa mission team has spent the past week serving in Western Zambia with our incredible partners at ; ministering in local villages and sharing the love of Christ. 🇿🇲 Check out some of the amazing memories they’ve made since they departed last Sunday!

The team is now making their way to Livingstone before continuing on to South Africa, where they will connect and serve with ministry partners at in George, SA! Please keep them in your prayers as they travel and continue serving! 🙏

“The power of prayer is not just in what God does for us, but in what He does through us for others.” 🙏✨

What a powerful Sunday at 828 Church as Pastor Miles Siler shared on the story of Lot and the power of intercessory prayer! We were reminded that intercession is standing in the gap for others, lifting up our families, friends, and communities before God with faith and compassion.

When we align our hearts with God’s heart, our prayers can impact lives, influence destinies, and make an eternal difference. Most importantly, we were encouraged by the truth that Jesus Himself is interceding for us even now!

Let’s continue to be a church that prays boldly, loves selflessly, and stands in the gap for others this week! 🙏 We can’t to see you next week as we continue the Stories of the Bible series! 😍📗

What a powerful Sunday in Week 3 of House of Prayer. We were reminded that prayer isn’t just something we do. It’s the lifeline of our relationship with God.

At the altar, God ignites a fresh fire within us, separates us from the things that keep us from Him, and settles our hearts into His perfect will. As we spend time in prayer, our desires begin to align with His, our faith grows stronger, and our lives are transformed.

“Continue steadfastly in prayer, being watchful in it with thanksgiving.” Colossians 4:2 🤍

From death to LIFE 🤍

Yesterday was holy, powerful, and full of celebration as we watched lives go public with their faith through baptism. Every story, every step into the water, every raised hand was a reminder that God is still changing lives.

We’re celebrating every person who took this step yesterday. Heaven is rejoicing and so are we! 🕊️✨

“The greatest and most positive impact of a life of prayer is the friendship it builds with you and God.” 🤍

What a powerful Sunday in our House of Prayer series at 828 Church. Today we were reminded that prayer is a gift, not a duty. It draws us closer to God, strengthens our faith in difficult seasons, and carries chain breaking power when we choose praise in the middle of the storm.

From Daniel in the lions’ den to Paul and Silas worshipping in prison, we saw that God is faithful through it all. There is power in prayer, peace in prayer, and provision in prayer.

So thankful for every person who joined us today! We can’t wait to see you next week! 🙏
