On behalf of our Pastor, Betty Starks. we are grateful to once again support the Hinsdale Lake Terrace community through this year’s Juneteenth Community Barbecue on Thursday, June 18th, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Setup begins at 11:00 a.m. If you are available to volunteer, help set up, or simply come out and enjoy the day, we would love to see you as we represent well, have fun, and celebrate life, freedom, love, unity in Jesus Christ, and community together👏🏽

The Greater Chicago Food Depository, in partnership with YWCA Metropolitan Chicago, has launched a Temporary Cash Assistance for Groceries Program to support individuals who have experienced a reduction or loss of SNAP benefits.

This program provides:
Up to $150 per individual / $300 per household per month
Support for 3 months (May, June, July)
Funds that can be used anywhere Visa is accepted

Who Can Apply? Residents may qualify if they:
Experienced a reduction or loss of SNAP benefits
Are ages 55–64 OR have a child ages 14–18
Live in Chicago or Cook County
Have an email address to complete the application

Application period: April 29 – May 15
