Global Youth Day and Union Level PBE both in the same day! What a busy time for our ILC youth. From sharing the love of Jesus in their local communities to taking a deep dive into His Word, the one thing we can tell you about our Illinois youth is that they know how to SPEAK JESUS 🗣️

On April 29 - May 1, for the IL Pathfinder Camporee, 750+ came to Camp Akita and we had an epic weekend! Powerful messages by Pr. Damian, activities, honors, pathfinder olympics, drills, and so much more, but the icing was the heavenly feast we had with 6 baptisms. Hey there, Illini!

Our annual Beyond the Basics, 2-day canoe trip, is right around the corner and we are so excited to get back on the water with all of our senior Pathfinders, TLT’s, and Master Guides! We will be embarking on a 29-mile trip down the Wisconsin River on September 25-26, so if you are looking for an adventure-filled weekend where you'll grow physically and spiritually, this is the event for you.

The cost for this event is $55 per person, and registration includes the use of a 17 ft river canoe, paddles, life jackets, campsite for Saturday night, transportation to the canoe trip departure point on the Wisconsin River (provided by WI River Outings), and a 2021 Patch.
