What an incredible and powerful weekend! Saint John Baptist Church Williamsburg was honored to be well-represented at the Awakening Dissent: Religion, Revolution, and Legacy symposium held at the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown.

​Our Spirit of Justice Gathering and ongoing collaboration moved to powerful new heights during a deeply needed panel and conversation. It was an absolute privilege to share space and sit on the plenary panel alongside renowned author Dr. Jemar Tisby and other dedicated community leaders.

​Thank you to the Jamestown Settlement & American Revolution Museum at Yorktown, as well as Dr. Travis Hood Scholar, for their courageous leadership in organizing such a meaningful, timely event. We look forward to continuing these vital conversations and growing our collective impact! 🙌🏾✨
