This past Wednesday at Encounter Night, we officially shared some leadership transitions happening in the CrossWalk family, and we’re filled with gratitude for the people behind every “yes.”
Beginning June 1:
Pastors Joseph & Brianna Dozier, who have been shepherding our Norge location for the last five years, are stepping into a new business venture. They will continue serving faithfully in the house in volunteer roles.
Pastors Nate & Sammi Funari, after pioneering our New Kent location into a thriving two-service community, are stepping into leadership at Norge.
And Pastors Colby & Tara Perkins, who have faithfully poured into CrossWalk for years through worship and young adults, will now be pastoring our New Kent location.
This is what a healthy church looks like: raising, equipping, and releasing leaders for the Kingdom. We are making room for new seasons and trusting God with this new chapter.
We’re so thankful for every sacrifice, every hidden yes, and every season that brought us here. We believe the days ahead are bright and that God is still building His Church. 🙌
