We asked Mabree, Wesley Campus Ministry Bible Study Leader, what β€œA Legacy of Welcome” means to her, and she shared a powerful reflection. ✨

In his Easter sermon, Pastor Glen Robyne reflected on Radical Hospitality, asking a simple but meaningful question: How can we practice resurrection in our everyday lives?

Mabree believes we do this by living out Radical Hospitality, just as Jesus did, by welcoming and embracing people of all denominations and faiths, races, nationalities, political perspectives, and gender identities and sexual orientations.

Radical Hospitality is at the heart of the mission of the Wesley Foundation. It also inspires A Legacy of Welcome: A Campaign for Wesley Foundation. It’s our commitment to the future, ensuring that every student who walks through our doors over the next 100 years is welcomed, supported, and inspired to discover their passions and grow into engaged leaders in their communities.

Student leaders from Wesley Campus Ministry have made a significant gift of more than $6000 in support of the new Wesley Student Center which is set to open in summer 2026. πŸ‘

The core of Wesley Foundation’s mission is to help students discover their passions and develop skills in a supportive community so that they may become equipped and engaged leaders now and in the future. These students embody that mission and proudly represent the diverse and welcoming community of Wesley.
