Are you a senior looking for a convenient exercise class? Or a “not-quite-yet” senior who’s looking for a class to get started with an exercise program? Look no further! There’s a group of men and women who meet twice a week here at St. Andrew on Mondays and Thursdays from 9:00–9:45 am. An outstanding feature of this class is that we exercise to Oldies music! Where else can you do that? The group welcomes anyone who’d like to come and give it a try.

We invite all youth and their families to attend a fun afternoon of hiking, a cookout and some general get-to-know-you fun. We will be inviting incoming 6th graders (for the 26-27 year) to join us and meet our group. We also will have a small send off for our graduating seniors as well.
