Purdue Christian Campus House

Purdue Christian Campus House A church community at Purdue | Sunday Services at 10am

Campus House is a non-denominational church community in the heart of Purdue’s campus comprised of undergrad and graduate students, young professionals, and families who desire to follow Jesus and grow in their faith. We invite people to pursue an intimate and dynamic relationship with Christ in the context of authentic community and allow the Gospel to transform every part of their life.

It's been a week and a half since we got back from the Smokies, and we wanted to share a few photos from our Spring Break retreat! Despite some weather that kept us mostly in the lodge for a couple days, the trip was a joy and a deeply connective time for so many from our community. (With delicious food from Theresa, Sarah Jo, and Ashlyn!)

Thanks so much to all of you who were praying and thinking of us over Spring Break, and to those of you who've come alongside us financially to help make the retreat possible. You can also see more photos in our full gallery: https://purduechristiancampushouse.pic-time.com/PcNIyk61vZPXM

Friends, Holy Week begins on Sunday, and we want to invite you to participate in this year's Holy Week devotional! With contributions from five members of the Campus House community—Jenna Davis, Stephanie Sotelo, Mallory Manning, Lea Schrumpf, and Rob Schrumpf—we pray this piece offers an invitation to reflect on the goodness of Jesus: His self-sacrificial love, His victory over the powers of darkness, and His invitation into His family.

You can access the digital version of the devotional at www.campushouse.church/holy-week-2026. If you'd like to print it on a personal printer, we've designed a printer-friendly version at www.campushouse.church/holy-week-2026-print.

Two weekends ago, we had the blessing of gathering with many of our financial supporters at our Annual Thank You Dinner! We're deeply grateful for everyone who made the trip to share in the evening, and to everyone who came alongside our ministry financially in 2025.

This weekend, about 90 of our students and Campus House families will travel to Tennessee for our annual Spring Break retreat in the Smokies! Would you be praying for safe travels, rest and refreshment with Jesus, and new and deepened friendships during the retreat?

We wanted to share a few photos from the first month or so of the spring semester! We're grateful to have everyone back on campus and for the ways our students have jumped back into rhythms of life with Jesus and one another—and the ways they're stepping into new things God is inviting them to this semester.

Many of you who financially supported our ministry in 2025 are headed to campus this weekend for the Annual Thank You Dinner, and we're excited to be with you on Saturday!

The year-end generosity of our extended Campus House community, including so many of you reading this, plays a key role in making our ministry possible. If you haven't already, would you make a gift today (at www.campushouse.church/give) to come alongside student leaders like Aiden?

“My Hub brings me great joy through spending time with other leaders and participants, and it has also allowed me to grow closer to God. Not only has my relationship with God grown, but several members of my group have experienced growth in their relationships with Jesus as well. One member is an old friend that I hadn’t connected with in a few years. He told me he had had a hard time finding a church community to belong to on campus. As we reconnected, I invited him to join me at my Community Hub. He took me up on my offer and has attended our group every week! The East Hub has helped him find community and a place to grow his faith.”

—Aiden, Sophomore & Community Hub Leader

And to all of you who have already come alongside us this year, thank you for being part of stories like this one!

Wishing you a merry Christmas and happy New Year from Campus House! (Needless to say, this photo was not taken in recent months!)

"But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, are by no means least among the rulers of Judah; for out of you will come a ruler who will shepherd my people Israel." (Matthew 2:6)

May the King of Kings rule in our hearts and lives in this season and in the year ahead.

We're wrapping up the semester and wanted to share a few photos from the last couple months! From Community Hub and Global Connect dinners to worship nights and baptisms, it's been a full fall semester.

This week, would you be praying for our students as they take finals and travel home for winter break?

Email, WhatsApp, and GroupMe are perhaps not what you expect to read about in Campus House’s Annual Fund Letter.

But since the messages our students and staff send on these platforms offer a glimpse into the day-to-day of ministry and discipleship, we wanted to share just a few of them with you. In this year’s letter, we invite you to hear from Shane as he works through his notifications—and shares how God is at work in and through Campus House in this season. If you haven't already read this important piece in the life of our ministry, would you take a few minutes to do so at www.campushouse.church/annual-fund-2026?

Those of you who receive our e-Newsletters had the opportunity to hear from Emily, one of our Community Hub student leaders, earlier this week. But for those of you who didn't, we wanted to share her words here too!

“Coming into college, I was truly starved for community, and in coming to Campus House, God was kind enough to give me community fairly instantly. Over the past year, I have been challenged to let others truly know me, and in that, I have been able to experience so much more of God’s love as I constantly learn how much care He has for His children.

In entering into Community Hubs, God has given me an opportunity to share that same care with others—to come to know people and help them to know that they are known. It has been so beautiful to get to know a few of the freshman girls, and I’m so excited to get to continue walking with them and to get to be a part of what God is doing in their lives.”

Thank you for your prayers for students like Emily this fall!

The men of Joshua House are beginning the process of discerning who to invite to live in the house next year! Whether you are a former resident or joined the guys at the house for meals, events, or just to hang out, so many of you are Campus House alums who've played a role in the J-House community. We want to invite you to pray for both the current residents and guys applying to live in the house over the next several weeks. Will you pray for wisdom, peace, and the Spirit's leading throughout the process?

(And through the generosity of some J-House alums, we were able to repair and replace the stairs to the back entrance and the third floor this summer! Enjoy some fun photos of the current guys "using" them.)

Facebook hasn't been the first thing on our mind recently as we've launched another fall semester of ministry, but we wanted to share some photos from the first couple weeks of school! We've welcomed students back to campus, hosted our annual welcome dinner for international students, begun our Sunday teaching series in Acts, and launched Community Hubs, our discipleship space for students this year.

Our Community Hubs are smaller Jesus-centered communities within Campus House organized based on where students live that are intentionally orienting their lives around weekly rhythms of shared meals, Bible study, fun events, and more. Instead of inviting students to Campus House for a midweek gathering or Bible study, we’re building discipleship rhythms where they already are—their residence halls, dining courts, apartments, and houses.

We know so many of you were praying for Campus House and our students as we began the school year, and we're deeply grateful!
