Our Greek name Chi (X) Alpha (A) comes from the initials of a phrase written by the Apostle Paul in 2 Cor. 5:20:
“We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God.”

Translated, Chi Alpha means “Christ’s sent ones,” which why we exist—to bring the Good News of the gospel to the campus, into

the marketplace, and around the world. Whether you’ve been following Jesus your whole life or you’re investigating Christianity, we would love to have you be a part of the Purdue Chi Alpha family!

We need your help! As we come off of another great year, we’re already preparing for what God can do through Purdue Chi Alpha next year - and we need YOU to help make it happen!

Over the next 10 weeks, we’re asking all of you to pray about and plan for what you can do to help us reach our goal of $20,000 by August 1st. If you saved just $50/week from now until then, you’d be able to contribute $500! That would go incredibly far in helping us reach people through our events, gatherings, outreach, discipleship tools, conferences, retreats, and much more!

Ask the Lord if there’s anything He might be putting out your heart to help us for the 2026-27 school year!

🌟TONIGHT: April 17 is our annual Variety Show!! We will laugh, we might cry, and we will raise funds for Project Rescue to support the freedom of women and children around the world!

🌟APRIL 25: Calling all seniors and upcoming graduates to dinner at WALT’s Pub in WL at 5pm!! We’ll reminisce & review principles from the Launch devotional as we celebrate the end and beginning of a chapter in your lives!

🌟MAY 1: Get your fancy clothes and dancing shoes on, because we’re honoring our graduates and celebrating the end of a semester!

If you’re in a life group and returning next fall- Vision Day is for YOU!!! It’s for you to dive deeper into how we can live out the Kingdom values of worship, family, and mission together.

1 Cor. 12:27 says “you are the body of Christ and each one of you is a part of it.” It’s summing up a chapter about the body of Christ, reminding us that each part of the body was placed by God and has an IMPORTANT role to play!

Ephesians 4:11-13 says it’s the job of pastors and leaders in the church to train and equip God’s people.. all of us… for works of service, so we can all reach unity in faith and become MATURE.
