Well, here we go again. Due to the accumulation of snow, church leadership has decided to close campus on Sunday, February 1st. Road conditions have already started to deteriorate and we want to keep everyone safe.

All other events this weekend have also been canceled, including: Multiplication Expo, Short Term Mission Trip Lunch, GriefShare, High School Ministry.

You can still watch our recorded Thursday Night service on Sunday morning and if you want to participate in Communion as we observed during the worship service, go ahead and grab some crackers and juice in your winter storm provisions.

This past year, our church family stepped out in faith—traveling 73,000 miles from Pinehurst, NC to serve across 4 continents. Every mile represents a prayer prayed, a sacrifice given, and a “yes” to God’s call to go.
From local communities to the ends of the earth, teams carried hope, shared the love of Jesus, and witnessed God at work through faithful obedience. And the story isn’t over.
As we look ahead to a new year of mission opportunities, there’s a place for everyone to be part of what God is doing—whether you’re called to pray, give, or go.

Due to the threat of an ice storm this weekend, we have decided to cancel Sunday Morning Worship Services. You can join us tonight for our Thursday Night Service or we will be recording tonight's service and will stream them on Sunday morning at 10:00am and 11:30am.

All activities on Sunday are cancelled including: High School Ministry, GriefShare, Discover Baptism Class. Leaders will reach out to all attendees if classes need to be rescheduled or postponed.

Please stay safe and warm and be prepared for potential power outages and very cold temperatures. One of the ways we care for one another is by staying connected, especially during challenging weather. If you know someone who may be isolated during the ice storm, consider reaching out with a call or text. However, please don’t take unnecessary risks—your well-being is important. If someone you know needs immediate assistance, call the necessary authorities who are equipped to handle emergencies.

We, like everyone else in North Carolina, are refreshing the Weather apps every hour to watch the potential winter weather heading our way tomorrow morning. While we are hoping for just rain (sorry, snow lovers), if we do happen to see some accumulating winter weather and have any updates regarding our services tomorrow, we will send out an email, post here on our social media pages, and post a banner on our website home page.

If you don't see anything from us by mid-morning, then we are having services as normally scheduled. Stay safe, stay warm, and we'll be in touch!
