Assistant Pastor of Operations
Washington Free Methodist Church | Full-Time

Washington Free Methodist Church is seeking an Assistant Pastor of Operations to help strengthen the ministry and day-to-day operations of our church.

This position will provide operational, organizational, and administrative leadership—helping create the systems, communication, processes, and follow-through that enable our ministries to function effectively and our people to stay focused on ministry.

The Assistant Pastor of Operations will also provide shared-services support to Foundations Childcare Ministry in areas such as HR, finance, facilities, documentation, and organizational systems, while working alongside and supporting the Foundations Director.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, relational, ministry-minded, and passionate about helping the local church thrive.
