Pictured is Henry Van Thio, Vice President of the nation of Myanmar and 2nd Lady, Dr. Anna Sui Hluan. Henry was elected in 2015 and reelected this past November. He is the first Christian to ever hold the office. This morning before parliament was to convene, the military "detained" the vice president and the other members of his political party such as State Counselor Aung San Suu Kyi. Military leaders assassinated Aung San Suu Kyi's father in 1947. The military inflicted their communist regime on the Burmese people killing millions of Christians till legitimate elections were held in 2015. Please pray for Henry and the people of Myanmar.
