The Heal the Sick program seeks to equip faith community members and leaders to support congregations’ development of health ministries and link such ministries with hospitals, community organizations, public health institutions, and health care providers. The goal of the program is to prepare leaders to advance holistic health and well-being of individuals, communities and congregations, especial

ly those who are underserved. Key components of the program include promoting faith communities’ health ministries, providing educational opportunities, catalyzing network creation and supporting existing networks, and facilitating collaboration with community partners.

Next week we welcome hundreds of students from all over the world to begin or continue their seminary journey. One of the most sacred parts of being a part of the Wesley community is our Tuesday Chapel Services, which can be joined in-person or online. Next Tuesday is our first Chapel Service of the semester. We will hear from our President, The Rev. Dr. David McAllister-Wilson.

Wesley Theological Seminary is located at 4500 Massachusetts Ave in NW DC. Parking is available as well as public transportation. The service will be live streamed online via our Youtube channel.
