In a world full of false promises, letdowns, and brokenness, should we still hope?

The answer is a resounding yes. In fact, we must hope. But not for the reasons that the world would.

In the third message of our Summer in the Psalms series, Pastor Michael took us to the book of Lamentations, written during one of Israel's darkest hours, where we discovered an unexpected gift: a roadmap for finding hope in the midst of devastation.

Don’t miss this timely and encouraging message: Dare to Hope! And catch the full Summer in the Psalms series on our Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/LifePointWaldorf/videos) and YouTube (https://www.youtube.com//streams) pages.

This Father’s Day Weekend, we thought it would be fitting to celebrate the men who help us navigate life, alongside a classic favorite: their cars!

Just like every vehicle has its own style, every dad, father-figure, and spiritual mentor reflects God’s love uniquely.

Some lead quietly. Some lead boldly. Others bring a depth of wisdom, a great sense of humor, or a heart for service. Many have left a legacy of love and faithfulness though they can’t be with us. And yes, we hold space for the relationships and seasons that are more complex.

But no matter the lane, and even through life's complicated detours, we are grateful for fathers — especially for our Heavenly Father.

So, let's spend some time reflecting on the men God has placed in our lives, letting them know they are appreciated, and praying for them as they follow the path the Lord has set before them. May He be glorified, and may they know His and our love for them.

Today we celebrate Juneteenth, a day that commemorates freedom, honors resilience, and reminds us of the dignity and worth of every person created in the image of God.

As we reflect on our nation's history, may we continue to pursue justice, unity, love for one another, and our Lord Jesus.

"Learn to do right; seek justice." -Isaiah 1:17

What is keeping you today from the abundant joy only our Savior can offer?

Let's pray for one another, family, that we would seek and find true fulfillment in Jesus alone.

"Trust in the Lord and do good;
dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.
Take delight in the Lord,
and He will give you the desires of your heart." -Psalm 37:3-4

Ever feel like you've taken a wrong turn in life?

Last Sunday, Pastor Michael took us through one of the most beloved passages in Scripture – Psalm 23 – in week two of our Summer in the Psalms series, Chased by Grace.

In a world obsessed with destinations, accomplishments, and chasing the next big thing, it's easy to pursue what never truly satisfies. But King David reminds us in Psalm 23 that God's greatest gift isn’t any material blessing or worldly success.

It's God's presence. His peace in the chaos. His comfort in the valleys. His goodness and mercy relentlessly chasing after us every day.

When we realize that, everything shifts. We learn to walk in His purpose, power, and peace, from the mountain top to the darkest valley.

Pastor Michael challenged us to adjust our pace to practice God’s presence. So, where is God inviting you to trust Him today?
