Pollard UMC Welcome! Join us for Sunday School at 9:30 and worship at 11:00 every Sunday morning! Check us out at www.pollardumc.com Thank you for visiting our page!

Whether you’re exploring churches in the area, returning to faith, or simply seeking a place where you can belong—you are welcome here. At Pollard United Methodist Church, our mission is simple but powerful: to grow in Christ while serving others and sharing our faith. This mission shapes everything we do, from worship and Bible study to local outreach and global mission. We believe following Jesu

s transforms lives, and we’re committed to helping one another walk that path with grace, courage, and love. Rooted in the Wesleyan tradition, we value a faith that engages the heart and the mind, one that invites us to experience God’s grace personally and to live it out publicly. We take Scripture seriously, believe in the power of prayer, and know that both personal growth and community transformation are essential to a holy life. In the spirit of John Wesley, we are striving for a practical, lived faith that connects head, heart, and hands. At Pollard, you’ll find a warm, welcoming church family that values relationships, encourages spiritual growth, and seeks to make a real difference in the lives of others. No matter where you are on your journey, there is a place for you here. We invite you to explore to learn more about our ministries, worship services, and opportunities to get involved. And when you’re ready, we’d be honored to meet you in person. We believe God has something meaningful in store for you. We hope Pollard UMC can be a part of it. Welcome to Pollard United Methodist Church.

Mid-Week Prayer – Trinity Sunday Season

In the middle of a busy week, we invite you to pause and spend a few moments in prayer with us.

Today we will reflect on Paul’s blessing in 2 Corinthians 13:13:

“The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with all of you.”

As we gather, we will give thanks for God’s grace, rest in the Father’s love, and seek the renewing presence of the Holy Spirit. Whether you are carrying burdens, celebrating blessings, or simply needing a quiet moment with God, this time of prayer is for you.

Feel free to share your prayer requests in the comments, or simply join us in lifting up one another before the Lord.

May this mid-week pause renew your faith, strengthen your hope, and remind you that you are held in the loving care of the Triune God.

We invite you to share with a friend who could use encouragement this week.

Grace and peace to you in the name of Jesus Christ.

This Monday, we are excited to begin Mosaic 139, our new special needs ministry: a place where every child is welcomed, valued, and loved as a precious part of God’s family.

At Pollard, we believe the church should be a place where everyone belongs. Mosaic 139 is one way we are living out that calling, creating a safe, supportive, and Christ-centered environment for children with special needs and their families.

As we prepare for this new chapter, we invite our church family to join us in prayer.

📖 Psalm 139:14
“I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.”

🙏 Prayer
Gracious God, we thank You for every child and every family You bring into our lives. As Mosaic 139 begins, fill this ministry with Your love, peace, and joy. Bless the children who will participate, the families who entrust them to our care, and the volunteers and staff who will serve. May every person who enters know they are fearfully and wonderfully made in Your image and deeply loved by You. Use this ministry to help families find belonging, encouragement, and faith in Christ. We ask this in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Please keep Mosaic 139 in your prayers as we begin this exciting ministry together. We can’t wait to see what God will do through it!

There are moments when the world feels very large…
and we feel very small.

This Sunday, we’re looking up together through Psalm 8 and rediscovering a beautiful truth:

The God who created the stars is mindful of us.
We are small… yet deeply loved.

Join us as we worship the God whose name is majestic in all the earth!

At Pollard UMC, you don’t have to have everything figured out to belong. 💚

This is a place for worship, growth, friendship, healing, and hope. A place where grace meets us right where we are.

We believe church is more than a building—it’s a family learning to follow Jesus together.

We’d love to welcome you this Sunday!

Mid-Week Prayer – Day of Pentecost: “The Spirit Who Breathes New Life” 🔥🕊️

Join us now for a time of Scripture, prayer, encouragement, and renewal as we gather in the presence of God during the season of Pentecost.

Life can leave us weary, distracted, and carrying burdens we were never meant to carry alone—but the Holy Spirit still meets ordinary people with extraordinary grace. Together we’ll reflect on Acts 2, pray for one another, and be reminded that God is still breathing hope and strength into His people.

Whether you need peace, encouragement, renewal, or simply a quiet place to pause in the middle of the week, you are welcome.

📖 Scripture Reflection: Acts 2:1–4
🙏 Prayer for the Church, our communities, and personal needs
🕊️ Encouragement from Scripture and the Wesleyan tradition

Invite a friend, share this post, and join us as we rest in the presence of Christ together.
