At yesterday's service Zion Kids shared what they have learned since Christmas about children being servants to others, making a difference by themselves!

Rubi shared the RUBY BRIDGES book explaining that “Ruby helped black kids go to school with white kids”. Bentley shared the MYLALA book explaining that Mylala said girls can go to school too. ”Donald (Mrs. K standing in for Donald) shared the WILLIAM book about the windmill. “William built a windmill from trash so his village can have water.”

Zion Kids also learned that being God’s servants means “working together to make a difference”. They took “things to throw away,” and made a chair. Donald, the seat, Rubi, the arms, and Bentley, the back. Because of their study last fall of the 23rd Psalm, they found a sheep from the bookshelf downstairs and put it sitting on the chair.” One child can make a difference and working together we all can make a difference!

These three Zion Kids are very creative and the service was enjoyed by all.
