Hi WYN families! We start the Fall semester of WYN in 2 weeks on September 9th. We do not have many signed up yet. It would be great to be able to make plans for numbers. We also request adult help again this semester. As you can imagine, it takes a lot of people to run a Wednesday Youth Night.
Helping in the kitchen, leading a group from station to station, acting as extra hands at a station, table parenting are a few ways to participate.

Hi WYN families!
Don’t forget to sign your child(ren) up for WYN soon. We really appreciate help from parents to help Wednesday nights run smoothly! Helping as a table parent, being a classroom helper, acting as a shepherd to make sure the kids get to the station, as well as helping prep food, serve, and/or clean up after a meal. You know what it’s like to feed your own family-imagine feeding 25 kids! One night or multiple would be great. Maybe do a different spot each Wednesday?! Please sign up soon to get the date you want! Hello WYN families!
The Fall semester of WYN will begin on Wednesday, September 9th from 5:30-7:30. The full schedule will be available at registration that night.
We will continue to request a couple of things:
1.parent volunteers: table parents, shepherds to take a group from station to station, assist at a station, help in the kitchen, sign up for a weekly dessert. Lots of areas to help! If you have an interest in an area not mentioned, check with us and we will try and make it work!
2. We will have a mission component like in previous years-information will be available soon.
3. IF you are able, a donation of $20 would help towards meals and supplies.
We understand times are tough-if you can’t donate, please don’t let that keep you from sending your child(ren)!
