Sneak preview: MRT teen Ava Usatin and Cantor Lebovitz practice their duet for Saturday’s morning service. “L’dor V’dor” (from generation to generation) reminds us that while traditions are built year upon year, there is great beauty to be found when we allow them to grow and change. The toddler who squirmed through services on Bubbe’s lap becomes the young woman blowing the shofar on Rosh Hashanah. Each generation brings its own take on our traditions and we are the richer for it.
