It is with our deepest sympathy, we announce the passing of Bro. George Lowery. He is the father of our beloved, Sis Tracie Taylor an upstanding loving member here at Greater Bethel A.M.E. Church.

Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, May 2, 2026 at St. Paul Baptist Church, 227 Railroad St. Sylvania, Ga 30467.
Interment: Friendship Memorial Park.

Hi family,

It’s Holy Week: the week leading up to Resurrection Sunday. If you are free in the evenings this week and are in Savannah, the AMEC Evangelical Ministers Union is holding Lenten Revival 2026, 7:00 pm nightly. It is hosted by St. Peter’s - Savannah; the host pastor is Rev. Dr. Terry Alexander.

On Wednesday, April 1, Rev. Solomon J. Roberts, Jr. will be speaking. Come out and support if you can.
