Today Paul said in church that todayâs society does not want to hear anything they call or consider toxic. That is true. We as Christians are called to speak the truth out of love, even if it hurts the feelings of people who accept the philosophies of the world today. I believe Godâs word over these senseless philosophies. What is considered to be toxic, is one who speaks something negative into your life. You shouldnât accept that. Reject them and what they say because they are toxic to you. Love thy self. Even though this may sound good and feel good; this philosophy is the opposite of what the Bible teaches. I didnât know we had so many perfect people in todayâs society, with no need for help when they are headed down a wrong road. The Bible says only fools reject correction. If none of us are perfect and you see someone you love about to make a mistake, you should save them from harm if they will let you. A wise person will listen to correction and learn to avoid the mistake or harm, but no, not todayâs society. They will reject them and then blame them for anything that goes wrong in their lives, so they donât have to feel any guilt or responsibility for anything. It is and forever will be always someone elseâs fault, if anything negative happens their lives. We should not be tossed too and fro by every wind of doctrine (or philosophy). But if we see someone in need of help, show Godâs love and help. Itâs up to them to receive or reject it. Remember, they killed Jesus; and He didnât do anything, but try to help them. Some will and some will not see the error of their ways. People who are lovers of themselves, tend to stay blind. But those who love the Lord will be made free!!!
