Saint Peter's Episcopal Church Sunday Services

10:15 AM Rite II- In person
10:15 AM Sunday school At Saint Peter’s all people are welcome to worship with us.

Our Mission is to be a Christ-growing fellowship, growing in the Holy Spirit, nurturing the burdened and the joyous, reaching out to our communities and to God’s world. Our vision as a parish is our iconic red doors open for growth and renewal, where we find ourselves and others transformed. We are a community of people on a common pilgrimage of spiritual exploration and worship.

Just a quick reminder regarding the rector's Bible study tonight at 4:30 pm.

09/14/2026

Christian education / confirmation classes start tonight - and attendance is incredibly convenient. The class is online! It's on Zoom!

The start time is 6:30 pm.

The springboard for discussions is the book "Walk in Love."
You can start tonight without having done any of the reading.
However, copies are available in Waterman Hall for a suggested donation of $12.00.

Tonight will be an overview and we will look at the introductory chapter.

Dates for 2026: Sep 14 & 28, Oct 12 & 26, Nov 9 & 23, Dec 14

You may attend all the dates or drop in if a topic interests you.

Need the numbers for the meeting and the passcode? Contact Fr. Greg or post a comment below for last-minute emergency access tonight before 6:20 pm and we will try to get you on the call via direct message. We are not posting the numbers here because it can get pretty weird in a Zoom meeting if you do that.

Before we switch gears this Sunday, let's take a moment to celebrate a fantastic summer while things were "quiet." Bishop Clark came to see us. We had frozen custard at Ollie's. We played Bingo. We went out to "the farm." We drank lemonade and cookies in the backyard (and some lucky people had iced tea). A fantastic group has been working on setting up our refreshed nursery. We've been meeting for Bible study. ECW has been active. We've been knitting. And, with a lot of excitement we started up Daughters of the King. The men (and sometimes women) have been having breakfast together regularly. You are invited to add and post what you loved about your Saint Peter's summer and additional photos in the comments, if you would like.

Join Fr. Greg for conversation and lemonade this week and next. Sign-up times are available in the fellowship hall or by contacting the office. Enjoy a cool and refreshing beverage with warm and enjoyable conversation.
