North Avenue MB Church

North Avenue MB Church North Ave Baptist church was founded in 1903. They met in a little house, that is still standing today. They have been a staple in the community for 113 years.

North Avenue Missionary Baptist Church in Sycamore, Illinois, is a Christ-centered body of believers grounded in the Holy Scriptures and guided by the Holy Spirit we seek to touch hearts, strenghten families and lead towards spirtual growth. "Its the little white church, over the hill".

Through every challenge…
Every prayer…
Every uncertain moment…

God kept you.
Great is thy faithfulness.
Lamentations 3:23

Some days were heavy.
Some nights tested your faith.
Some prayers are still waiting on answers.

But through it all…
✔️God provided.
✔️God protected.
✔️God sustained.

And if He carried you this far
He is able to carry you forward.

🙏 the doors He opened
🙏 the battles He brought you through

SOME GAVE ALL.

Others came home carrying memories that never left.
Today we pause with gratitude, honor, and prayer.

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. John 15:13

On this Memorial Day, we remember the courage, sacrifice, and service of those who gave their lives for others.

As we gather with family and friends, may we also take a moment to reflect with thankful hearts and pray for the families who continue to carry both pride and loss.

May we never forget the cost of freedom.
May we walk in gratitude, compassion, and faith.
