North Ave Baptist church was founded in 1903. They met in a little house, that is still standing today. They have been a staple in the community for 113 years.

North Avenue Missionary Baptist Church in Sycamore, Illinois, is a Christ-centered body of believers grounded in the Holy Scriptures and guided by the Holy Spirit we seek to touch hearts, strenghten families and lead towards spirtual growth. "Its the little white church, over the hill".

CAN A BROKEN RELATIONSHIP FIND ITS WAY BACK?

The Road to Redemption

Reminds us that healing is possible but it requires more than acknowledging what went wrong.

📖 Hosea 3:1–3

Pastor shared three important lessons:

1. Healing begins with reaching out.
Just as God demonstrated His love toward us, reconciliation begins with an act of grace. (Romans 5:7–8)

2. The goal is forgiveness, not condemnation.
We are called to offer grace while recognizing the importance of accountability—not to celebrate another person's downfall. (Luke 15:22)

3. Rebuilding takes time.
Trust, hope, and joy may not return overnight. Healing requires patience, repentance, and a willingness to move forward. (Psalm 51)

Redemption is a journey. Healing begins with grace.

🙏🏾 Lord, help us extend grace, practice forgiveness, and trust You through the process of restoration.
