NOVEMBER FOOD DRIVE

The food/snack/hygiene items we collected for Northside Elementary School in September were valued at $350! The school sends its deepest appreciation for our generosity.

Since our food collections alternate months between Northside Elementary School and the Sun Prairie Emergency Food Pantry, our collection beginning Sunday, November 1, will again be directed to Northside Elementary School.
The school always appreciates healthy snack items for the kids. Here are some examples of needed items: cereal, hygiene items, pasta sauce, small- to regular-sized laundry detergent, Kleenex, toilet paper, Clorox wipes, etc.

Calgary, AB. — Last week, the Council of Bishops brought together leaders from across The United Methodist Church for the first-ever Leadership Gathering event, to prayerfully discern the future of the UMC. The non-legislative meeting consisted of holy listening and faithful imagination that sent attendees forth with a spirit to bring action to the Church of tomorrow. The 280+ invitees were hosted at Calgary’s Knox United Church and via online livestream from October 20-24, 2026.

Yesterday was commitment Sunday. We returned our pledge cards trick or treat style during worship. If you would like to make a pledge for 2027 it's not too late. Head to our church website and find the electronic pledge card on the giving page.
