Wisconsin UMC Youth The Youth Ministry Council is the official voice of the youth in the Wisconsin Conference of the UMC.

The purpose of the Conference Youth Council is to make connections with local churches and districts with conference youth events, to organize forms of ministry, evangelism, discipleship, and worship beyond the local church, to develop new forms of ministry, and to serve as the official voice of the youth in the Wisconsin Conference of the UMC.
