Ironwood Springs Christian Ranch is seeking an Executive Director to lead our year-round camp, retreat, and conference ministry in Stewartville, Minnesota. Reporting to the Board of Directors, this role shepherds our staff team, oversees ranch operations, leads fundraising and financial stewardship, and represents Ironwood in the wider community. We're looking for a leader mature in Christian faith who is great with people, disciplined with resources, and drawn to a ministry that welcomes guests of all abilities. Benefits include: generous PTO, meals, retirement plan, and more!

BREAKING NEWS: We are adding to our team!

We are seeking a self-motivated individual interested in 20-30 hours per week. This person would have the opportunity to work in various areas around the Ranch-the office, Miracle Lodge, family cabins, chapel and more!

Flexibility and variety are big in this position as each day and week will look different based on the needs for the Ranch at that time. Some days may include cleaning, other hospitality tasks, and setting up for retreats while others may include office work such as filing and answering phones.
