From what we eat and wear to how we parent and work, we live in a world that constantly judges every choice we make. But long before our modern culture of constant evaluation, the Bible tells us that faith was "credited as righteousness."

In this message, we look at what it means to stop trying to earn approval and instead receive grace as a credit.

Genesis 12:1-9

This week, we begin a new series exploring the lives of Abraham and Sarah.

God promised to bless them so that all the nations of the earth would be blessed through them. Yet, time and time again, they doubted the gift and tried to achieve it on their own strength.

How often do we do the exact same thing? Instead of living generously in the grace and gifts of God, we scrap, hoard, and rely on our own efforts. But Abraham and Sarah are the parents of our faith. They were flawed and messed up—yet ultimately, they were faithfully dependent upon their God.

The Revelation of Jesus is about the dawn of the new day but so often we just get focused on destruction. Jesus is making all things new. We need to be a part of that.
