🥾 TRAIL TRUTH #11 — CAMPSITE
Rest is part of the journey, not a departure from it.
On the trail, a campsite is not the destination. It is a place to stop, recover, reorganize, and regain strength for the miles ahead.
Our faith journey needs those places too.
Sometimes God is not asking us to push harder.
Sometimes He is inviting us to stop long enough to hear Him again.
To let our minds settle.
To let our bodies recover.
To let our spirits be renewed.
📖 “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
— Matthew 11:28
Rest is not laziness.
Rest is not failure.
Rest does not mean you have left the trail.
Sometimes rest is an act of trust.
TRAIL TRUTH:
A campsite is not where the journey ends. It is where strength is restored for what comes next.
💬 Where might God be inviting you to stop, rest, and let Him restore you?
Take the campsite moment.
You do not have to keep moving every second to remain faithful.
Keep walking — but receive the rest God gives along the way.
