Holy Cross Presbyterian Church

Holy Cross Presbyterian Church Our vision is to see our community transformed by the multiplication of disciples and churches.

Our mission is to accomplish this as we help people encounter, know, and show Jesus through the preaching of the gospel and the administration of sacraments.

As the summer kicks off, Holy Cross Small Groups and Sunday School are winding down for the semester.
But there are still lots of ways to get plugged in!
We have several men's and women's bible studies, summer parties, and cookouts on the calendar!
Whether you're a part of Holy Cross or looking for your community, we hope you'll reach out and join us this summer!

We had a wonderful time hosting Matthew Smith and Indelible Grace last Thursday!
In addition to a great concert full of gospel-centered music, the band shared about the heart behind their ministry, as well as their partnership with Compassion International.

Thank you to all of the volunteers who helped put on the concert and to everyone who came out to enjoy it with us!

Join us on Thursday, April 2nd, at 6 PM for a special Maundy Thursday service. The name "Maundy" may sound unusual, but it comes from a Latin word meaning "command." In this special service, we will reflect on Jesus' command to love one another, given in the Upper Room. Together, we will spend time contemplating His gracious love and share in the celebration of communion as a church family. We hope you’ll join us for this time of worship and reflection

This Sunday, March 29th, is Palm Sunday, which marks the beginning of Holy Week. As we move towards the celebration of Easter, and the joy and hope of Christ's resurrection, we want to also take time to consider the significance of the final days of Christ's earthly ministry and His crucifixion.

To do this, Holy Cross will hold two additional services this coming week- Maundy Thursday, and a Tenebrae service on Good Friday.

We hope you’ll join us for this time of worship and reflection.

Tenebrae is the Latin word for “shadows.” Our Tenebrae service (Friday, April 3rd, 6pm) is meant to recreate the emotional weight of the final hours of Jesus’ life. We cannot experience the joy of Easter morning without the sorrow of Friday night. We hope you will make plans to join us.

Holy Cross was blessed to worship at our new location for the first time this morning!
We can not express how excited we are to use this building as a tool to carry out the vision the Lord has given us to help people encounter, know, and show Jesus.
This coming Sunday, February 16th at 6pm, we will have an evening service to dedicate the new building. Come join us as we celebrate what the Lord has done and commit ourselves and this building to pursuing what He has called us to do!
