Pastor Henderson feeding us the word of God Sermon Series Going Growing and Glowing Acts 10: 34-35 verse " The Gospel Crosses The Street ".

1. Sometimes division makes it ways into churches, but the gospel brings us together. God's love is bigger than our comfort zone.

2. God is already working on the other side. God is always working before we arrive. God is working on people that you have almost given up on. God works behind the scene. Sincerity is important, but sincerity alone can't save. Never write people off.

3. God has to work on us before He works through us. People will call the name Lord but yet don't trust Him. We say Lord use me but on my own terms. God has to deal with our attitude, fears and comfort zones. What barriers are God trying to remove from us.

4. The Gospel cause us to cross the street. We should want everyone to hear the message of Jesus Christ. Ministry should mean talking to people that's not like us, we have to approach those that need the love of Jesus.

5. Jesus is the message for everyone, He doesn't play favoritism, He is for everybody not just black people. Jesus alone is the answer. Rich or poor. Whomever believes and accept Jesus Christ shall be saved.

6. The Holy Spirit breaks down walls. The people we give up on belongs to God. Because of grace we are a family. If God lead you to share the love of Jesus and what He can do in their life today.

Pastor Henderson feeding the word of God Sermon Series Going Growing and Glowing Acts 9:32-43 verse " There Is Power In The Name Of Jesus ".

1. The Power is not in the preacher, the power is not in a building, the power is in the name of Jesus. He can move, heal deliver and set free today. The power is never in the vessel, but in Jesus Christ!

2. People will adjust to brokenness after awhile, but Jesus doesn't forget broken people. One touch from Jesus can change year's of brokenness. Don't allow the length of time convince you that Jesus can't change your circumstances.

3. Ministry is not limited to a pulpit. Your name may never pop up on a marquee, but God knows your work. He see every act of kindness. Faithful people experience pain and suffering. Faith doesn't mean we will avoid hardship. Jesus has power in your pain.

4. Power flows from the power of prayer. What is your first response when trouble comes in your life? Do you complain, panicked or worry or pray first? You should pray first and ask God to help you and have someone to pray with you.

5. Humility always proceed pride. Prayer works, it changes a worry heart. Prayer is a powerful tool that a Christian has, prayer is not like a cellphone, God answers everytime! When God answers thing's change!

6. Jesus is real today! When you feel like there's no hope, God will show up and show out! He always has a plan and it works out.

7. Jesus has ressurection power, He can speak to a dead situations and He stills revived dead dreams, dead marriages, and even dead hope. When God speaks He moves around dead thing's and they come to life.

Our message and everything we do should point soul's to Jesus Christ.

Pastor Henderson feeding us the word of God Sermon Series Going Growing and Glowing Acts 9: 1-6 verse " When Grace Flips Your Story".

Grace has a way of stepping in broken stories and changing them.

1. Paul's is consumed with hatred and his mission is to destroy the Church but you really can't because God has said the gates of hell won't. God sees us in a different way than the world. When God has a plan for your life it doesn't matter what the plan is, God can flip the plan!

2. Grace confronts us in our sins. You can be religious and be lost. You can have a zeal and not have the truth. You can walk the walk and talk the talk and God will say " I never knew you!" That Will be sad to go through all that and end up in hell.

3. Grace breaks out pride before He reveals His purpose. God removes natural vision so Spiritual vision can be placed. Pride has to die before God can use you. One encounter can humble a prideful heart. Sometimes God has to shut down what we depend on to get us to depend on Him. Grace will crush pride.

4. Grace gives us a new purpose. Your past can't cancel your call. Grace changes identity. Grace specializes in thing's impossible!

5. Grace produces bold witnesses. When Grace Flips Your Story, folk don't recognize you. When sinners becomes Christian, we must not hold thing's that people use to do against them. They are new creations in Christ!

Pastor Henderson feeding us the word of God 2 Timothy 1-5-6 verse " A Faith That Lives On".

1. When life get difficult for us, we should rely on our faith. Jesus can and does make a difference in our lives. You can't encounter Him and remain the same.

2. Genuine Faith, it's not something that only works in church, it lived day to day. It's not made up, it's don't give up through trials. Genuine faith keep holding on even when tears are falling. Genuine Faith says "I'm gonna trust God ".

3. Generation faith, it travels down from Generation to Generation. We learn that faithful people refuse to quit. We need to share Jesus with our children and they need to see us as Mother's working our faith. The greatest inheritance we can receive is not money but a relationship with God.

4. Gifted faith, our gifts that God has blessed us with gifts needs to be stirred up and used for His purpose. God has given us these gifts not to just sit dormant, but to bless Him.

Mother's continue to show your children something that the world can't give, tell them about the love of Jesus Christ.

Pastor Henderson feeding us the word of God Sermon Series Going Growing and Glowing Acts 8:26-40 verse " When God Sets The Appointment ".

1. Sometimes we will miss what God is doing because we have our own agenda. We're so caught up we can't see what God is doing. In this chapter we see the Providence of God.

2. God aligned time and moments so that one somebody can come to the Savior. If one soul can give their life to Christ, Heaven rejoices! God desires that we win one soul to Jesus Christ! God's desire that he'll be empty. Make sure your anchor holds the solid rock of Jesus!

3. God will fix it so you encounter that person that needs to know Jesus. When God established the appointment will you be available? God will often send you places that don't seem productive, don't make sense.

4. We see obedience here. Phillip asked no questions. He moves at the directions of God. God revealed the moment to Phillip because of his obedience.

5. Some people quote scripture but don't have an understanding. We really can't opperate except by the Holy Spirit. It guides and directs us and we must be sensitive to the guidance of the Spirit.

6. We must be willing to start the conversation. We must be able to explain the scripture to those that are receptive and have patience and be ready to share the message of Jesus Christ!

7. Tell them about the Savior and how much He loves them and died and rose for them . But then leave room for them to make a decision and pray that they give their lives to Him!

Pastor Henderson feeding us the word of God Sermon Series Going Growing & Glowing : 8 Weeks Impacting the World through the book of Acts! Acts 7:55-56 verse " A Faith Worth Dying For".

1. Pressure reveals character not builds it. Stephen teaches us about faith. He didn't just have the Spirit, the Spirit had him so he was full of the Spirit. Stephen was saturated with the Spirit.

2. Faith is rooted in character. Reputation is not built overnight. He had wisdom and stood on his faith.

3. Knowledge is knowing a tomato, but wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad! Power without wisdom is dangerous.

4. Stephen trusted God in every way, his faith didn't failed. We walk by faith not by sight.

5. Faith Opperates In power. You don't have to be behind a pulpit, God can use you where you are to bring other's to Him. Opersition doesn't always come from folks that don't know God, but from those that say they are save and sanctified, Holy Ghost filled....church folks!

6. Faith under pressure reveals what's in you. It's not temporary. It's possible to have religion on the outside but reject God on the inside. The people God sends us, we reject.

7. When you're stone in life for what you believe, will you be able to stand? When you stand in life, on the job just look up and see the Glory Of The Son Of God!

Reverend Shiloh Davis feeding us the word of God Luke 23:43 verse." Fully Committed ".

1. Jesus was fully committed to the Father. Totally trusted to His Father. He was trusted even unto death!

2. He had an intimate trustworthy relationship with His Father. Jesus had to go under the hammer!

3. Jesus understood that we couldn't do what was needed for ourselves. Jesus decided to die for us before we were a cry in our Mother's womb. Jesus loved us so much He wouldn't leave us hanging.

4. Jesus left us a Comfortor, that keeps us and protects us each day. He love's us and knows all about us.

Pastor Henderson feeding us the word of God Matthew 21:1-11 verse " Who Is This".

Nothing about Jesus life was subtle.

1. In this scripture we are witnessing the parade of Jesus. Here we have The King of King's and Lord of Lord's. The All Powerful God!

2. When God has been good to you, you just can't wait to tell somebody about it!

3. Jesus went to Jerusalem because His hour has come. Jesus sent His own disciples to prepare His own parade.

4. What is it that the Lord needs from you? What about your life, sharing with other's about what God has done in your life.

5. King's usually rides horses, Jesus rode a donkey because He was humble. He came to save those that was lost. They praised Jesus but their heart's we're wrong. We praise Jesus for what we want Him to do but miss what He actually came to do.

6. There is danger in people not praising God in the Church.

7. Who is this...This is Jesus, the Son of the Living God! He is The Great I Am! He is Alpha and Omega! The one that died for my sins! JESUS WHO ROSE FOR YOU AND ME!!!

Pastor Oliver Henderson feeding us the word of God Sermon Series Going Growing and Glowing Acts 5:17-29 " We Are To Obey God".

1. Obedience will test your love for God. God is looking for committed people not fans of God.

2. We have to have a made up mind to be Obedient to God. Obedience brings boldness

3. Obedience will attract opersition. When you do what is right, expect people to turn on you. Who has the final say in your life?

4. Obedience will be sustained by God. When God steps in a change will happen. God can open doors when it is necessary. If God allows it He has a plan for it. When God has spoken, that settles it!

5. . Obedience may bring suffering. Obedience brings hurt, it's not strange it's part of the structure. It's shaping us into something greater. God will bring pain to bring perseverance.

6. Obedience produces joy and rejoicing. We have to keep on working, we can't take a break from Obedience. Even when it hurt, when it's hard we must say we will follow God.
